【摘要】：云南省的社會體育從1912年至新中國成立之前,發(fā)展緩慢。新中國成立初期,云南省的社會體育管理體制及組織結構也經(jīng)歷了一個由小到大、由不規(guī)范到規(guī)范化的發(fā)展過程,并且在全省社會體育,在云南省體委,云南省體育協(xié)會指導協(xié)調和監(jiān)督之下,共成立了36個產(chǎn)業(yè)體育協(xié)會和單項運動協(xié)會,積極的推動社會體育的發(fā)展。20世紀20年代,云南省排球活動在昆明市巡津街郵電局后面的“海關俱樂部”開展活動;在1930年9月排球被正式列為云南省運會上的比賽項目;1931年云南省運會第一次采用9人制,有著和羽毛球相同的比賽規(guī)則。昆明市的群眾排球賽事,在1950年昆明市第一屆人民體育大會上舉行排球賽,同年7月中華人民共和國體育總會籌委會,在北京舉行的全國體育工作者暑期學習會上,第一次介紹6人制排球競賽規(guī)則,這與國際排聯(lián)競賽規(guī)則一致,從云南省的排球比賽開始沿用至今。云南省排球賽事改革是為我省的排球事業(yè)的發(fā)展注入了活力,為了提高我省整體水平、賽制的推動和運行。賽事類型的設置根據(jù)不同年齡段、不同層次分別發(fā)展了“滇池杯”、“興滇杯”、“希望杯”、昆明市“永林杯”中小學生軟式排球。中學生排球錦標賽,青少年排球錦標賽、中老年氣排球比賽、“春城杯”全國業(yè)余排球邀請賽、高校教職工排球賽等各種類型的比賽。這些比賽本身運作都是根據(jù)不同群體需求進行安排;而賽制的設置在其中起著至關重要的作用;競技排球賽制和業(yè)余排球賽制兩者均以賽而制,也是它們在發(fā)展競技比賽過程中必須經(jīng)歷的趨勢。排球提高競技水平的因素有很多,其中競技制度的發(fā)展和完善是現(xiàn)代排球的必要條件之一。賽制有利于提高賽事活動的發(fā)展,使體育比賽更加規(guī)范化、科學化和合理化;同時它也是競技比賽公平、公正、有效實施的重要保障。我們不可以低估業(yè)余排球賽制對于促進群眾排球普及和發(fā)展的積極作用。本文就運用文獻資料、實地調查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法進行的分析和研究。以云南省各級、各類的排球競賽制度為研究對象,探索業(yè)余排球賽制對推動排球運動發(fā)展的積極作用,例如:競賽規(guī)程條件的放寬,多開展類似“春城杯”、“滇池杯”、希望杯”、“萌芽杯”、“高校教職工”等類型的排球競賽,促進競賽對賽制的推動和引領的作用。同時,了解歷年賽制實施的情況,發(fā)揮賽制的宏觀調控手段,引領和規(guī)范競技比賽的發(fā)展。當然,在改革賽制的過程中,必定會存在或多或少的問題,因地制宜開展具有我省、市、地方特色的競賽體制,對云南省的未來提出適合于本省特色的賽制的建議和設想。
[Abstract]:The development of social sports in Yunnan Province has been slow from 1912 to before the founding of New China. In the early days of the founding of New China, the management system and organizational structure of social sports in Yunnan Province also underwent a process of development from small to large, from non-standard to standardized. Moreover, under the coordination and supervision of Yunnan Sports Committee and Yunnan Sports Association, 36 industry sports associations and individual sports associations were established to actively promote the development of social sports in 20s of the 20th century. The volleyball activities in Yunnan Province were carried out in the "Customs Club" behind the Post and Telecommunications Bureau of Xiujin Street in Kunming; in September 1930, volleyball was officially listed as a competition item at the Yunnan Provincial Games; and in 1931, the Yunnan Provincial Games Committee first adopted a nine-person system. There are the same rules as badminton. The mass volleyball match in Kunming was held at the first people's Sports Congress in Kunming on 1950. On July of the same year, the Preparatory Committee of the Sports Federation of the people's Republic of China, At the National Summer Conference of Sports Workers held in Beijing, the rules of the six-person volleyball competition were introduced for the first time, which is in line with the rules of the International Volleyball Federation. The reform of volleyball matches in Yunnan Province has injected vitality into the development of volleyball in our province, in order to improve the overall level of our province. According to different ages and different levels, the "Dianchi Cup", "Xing Dian Cup", "Hope Cup", Kunming "Yonglin Cup", "Middle School Volleyball Championship", Youth Volleyball Championship, Middle and Old Age Volleyball Competition, "Chuncheng Cup" National Amateur Volleyball Invitational Competition, College staff Volleyball match and other kinds of competitions. These competitions themselves are arranged according to the needs of different groups; The setting of competition system plays an important role in it; both competitive volleyball and amateur volleyball are both in competition, which is also the trend that they must experience in the process of developing competitive competition. There are many factors for volleyball to improve its competitive level. The development and perfection of competitive system is one of the necessary conditions for modern volleyball. We should not underestimate the positive role of amateur volleyball system in promoting the popularization and development of mass volleyball. Taking all kinds of volleyball competition system at all levels in Yunnan Province as the object of study, this paper explores the positive role of amateur volleyball game system in promoting the development of volleyball, such as the relaxation of competition rules, More volleyball competitions such as "Spring City Cup", "Dianchi Cup", "Hope Cup", "Sprout Cup", "College staff" and other types of volleyball competitions are carried out to promote the role of competition in promoting and leading the competition system. At the same time, understand the implementation of the competition system over the years. Give full play to the macro-control means of the competition system, and guide and standardize the development of competitive competitions. Of course, in the process of reforming the competition system, there will certainly be more or less problems, and measures will be taken to develop a competition system with the characteristics of our province, city, and local areas according to local conditions. Put forward the suggestion and idea of the competition system suitable for the characteristic of Yunnan province in the future.
