貴陽市健身私人教練職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟不斷發(fā)展帶動了貴陽市健身行業(yè)的迅速崛起,人們生活水平不斷提高,對物質(zhì)的需求逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移到對生活品質(zhì)的追求,從對金錢的追求轉(zhuǎn)移到了對健康的重視,追求健康成為熱門話題,越來越多的人注重科學鍛煉方法和鍛煉效果,從而使各大小健身俱樂部迅速發(fā)展,促使健身私人教練這一職業(yè)成為在健身服務(wù)行業(yè)的新需求。在這樣的需求下,帶來的效益吸引了大量、各專業(yè)背景從業(yè)者。健身私人教練作為健身俱樂部經(jīng)濟收入的一大支撐,其健康有序發(fā)展,影響到商業(yè)健身俱樂部的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以貴陽市健身私人教練職業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等對私人教練的職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、指導(dǎo)工作狀況、管理與培訓、需求趨向等進行調(diào)查與研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、揭示原因,繼而就健身私人教練職業(yè)健康、有序發(fā)展提出對策與建議。研究結(jié)論:(1)貴陽市健身私人教練隊伍中男性居多,年齡呈現(xiàn)年輕化,從事此業(yè)年限多以1-2年為主,僅有32.0%是體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生,47.7%是本科學歷;65.1%的健身私人教練是初級教練,40.1%的健身私人教練擁有國內(nèi)培訓機構(gòu)所培訓頒發(fā)的證書,健身私人教練每年培訓次數(shù)在2-4之間的占64.9%,并且健身私人教練以自費參與培訓為主。(2)39.8%的健身私人教練喜歡從事此職業(yè),健身私人教練每周課時量集中在15節(jié)以下,月收入集中在2001-4000元之間;健身私人教練對他們的理論基礎(chǔ)與綜合素質(zhì)持一般態(tài)度居多,分別占50.0%、60.4%。(3)提升教練的品質(zhì)多以培訓考證與包裝宣傳為主,分別占31.0%,19.0%;管理者、健身私人教練、會員對健身私教所持的資質(zhì)多以一般態(tài)度為主,大多數(shù)管理者、健身私人教練認為此職業(yè)發(fā)展前景為好。(4)會員對健身私人教練的技能需求以指導(dǎo)方法與講解能力為主,有60.3%的會員希望健身私人教練持有本科學歷,健身私人教練性別對會員的選擇比較重要,健身私人教練職業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題最分別為:高素質(zhì)教練欠缺、行業(yè)不規(guī)范、資格認證混亂、政府沒有給予足夠支持對策與建議(1)政府加大對健身私人教練職業(yè)的支持加大對健身市場發(fā)展的支持,規(guī)劃并支持健身健美協(xié)會定期舉辦相關(guān)專業(yè)知識的理論考核以及實踐經(jīng)驗比賽,促進健身私人教練綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展;政府給健身私人教練職業(yè)合法定義,使行業(yè)認證有人來管理,讓健身私人教練能有一定的社會地位與價值感;政府與俱樂部共同給健私人教練做規(guī)劃,從其專業(yè)化發(fā)展、管理崗位兩方面培養(yǎng)。(2)進一步完善健身私人教練培訓機構(gòu)國職培訓通過拓展專業(yè)知識,使所學知識得到延伸;健身俱樂部應(yīng)在經(jīng)濟方面支持鼓勵健身私人教練外出培訓,并且使用內(nèi)部資源共享方式,提高健身私人教練綜合素質(zhì);政府加大對市場培訓的監(jiān)督,使健身市場培訓更加合理、規(guī)范化。(3)規(guī)范健身私人教練行業(yè)的管理申報健身方面的專業(yè)或成立健身學院,各大健身企業(yè)參與,共同培養(yǎng)健身專業(yè)人才;成立健身行業(yè)協(xié)會,搭建平臺,進行資源整合,共同打造市場認可的培養(yǎng)機制,促進貴陽市應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)。(4)促進健身私人教練隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化招聘時以體育專業(yè)學生為主,政府、健身俱樂部通過提高工薪待遇、給予社會地位等方式留住資深健身私人教練;時刻關(guān)注其情緒問題,定期進行情緒開導(dǎo)與梳理;通過舉辦健身健美賽事、體能大賽類活動將健身推向大眾化,并吸引更多女性參與到其中,從而吸引女性從事健身私人教練職業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Economic development led to the rapid rise of Guiyang City fitness industry, improve people's living standard, the material demand gradually shifted to the pursuit of quality of life, from the pursuit of money to the importance of health, the pursuit of health has become a hot topic, focus on the effect of scientific method of exercise and exercise more and more people. So the size of the fitness club development, make it become the new demand of private fitness coach occupation in the fitness service industry. In such demand, the benefits to attract a large number of practitioners, the professional background. Private fitness coach as a supporting fitness club economic income, the healthy and orderly development, sustainable development influence to the commercial fitness club. The private fitness coach occupation development in Guiyang city as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on Occupation status of private coach, guide the work, management and training, investigation and research, the demand trend and other problems found, reveal the reasons, then private fitness coach occupation health, orderly development of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The conclusion of the study: (1) Guiyang city private fitness coaches are mostly male, younger age in this industry, many years to 1-2 years, only 32% are graduates of professional sports, 47.7% undergraduate degree; 65.1% personal trainer is the primary trainer, 40.1% private fitness coach with the domestic training institutions of the training certificate issued by the private fitness coach annual training times are between 2-4 and 64.9%, and private fitness coach to participate in training at their own expense. (2) 39.8% private fitness coach love in this occupation, private fitness coach class every volume concentrated in section 15 below, the monthly income of 2001-4000 yuan in Private fitness coach; on the theoretical basis of their comprehensive quality and general attitude to the majority, accounted for 50%, 60.4%. (2) to further improve the personal trainer training institutions of vocational training through expanding professional knowledge, make the knowledge be extended; fitness club should support and encourage private fitness coach out of training in economic terms, and the use of internal resources sharing, improve the comprehensive quality of private fitness coach; the government to increase market supervision and training, make fitness The training market is more reasonable and standardized. (3) regulate private fitness coach industry management reporting in terms of fitness or the establishment of professional fitness academy, each big fitness enterprises to participate in the co culture of fitness professionals; the fitness industry association, set up a platform for the integration of resources, to jointly build the training mechanism of market recognition, and promote the cultivation of application oriented the talent of Guiyang city. (4) optimize the recruitment team structure of private fitness coach in professional sports students, government, health club by raising the salary given social status to keep the senior private fitness coach; always pay attention to their emotional problems, regular emotion enlighten and carding; by holding bodybuilding competitions, physical fitness the contest activities fitness to the public, and attract more women to participate in them, so as to attract women engaged in private fitness coach occupation.
