【摘要】：主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,以國家頂層設(shè)計(jì)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃為引領(lǐng),對(duì)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略下中國武術(shù)文化"走出去"的先行官身份、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)和先行路徑進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)思考。研究認(rèn)為:國家"走出去"戰(zhàn)略推動(dòng)了中國武術(shù)文化海外交流與合作模式有效構(gòu)建,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為中國武術(shù)文化國外認(rèn)同效益的持續(xù)發(fā)力增添了新型動(dòng)力源,中國武術(shù)文化彰顯助推"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略有序?qū)嵤┫刃泄偕矸萃瑫r(shí),既面臨有序做大海外市場(chǎng)、促進(jìn)中國武術(shù)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和提升中國武術(shù)文化自身創(chuàng)新能力等機(jī)遇,又面臨"共性文化"缺失引發(fā)的中國武術(shù)文化在地化傳播受阻、信息不對(duì)稱所造成的沿線區(qū)域武術(shù)話語體系失衡和"一帶一路"沿線國家武術(shù)文化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展支持機(jī)制不健全等挑戰(zhàn)。構(gòu)筑共性文化,找尋武術(shù)文化交流合作切入點(diǎn),健全武術(shù)文化區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展支持機(jī)制是凸現(xiàn)新時(shí)期中國武術(shù)文化"走出去"的"武術(shù)文化,人類共享"理念的先行路徑。
[Abstract]:Mainly using the method of literature and materials, taking the top-level design strategic plan of the country as the guide, the paper tries to give a leading position and opportunity to the "going out" of Chinese Wushu culture under the strategy of "Belt and Road". The author thinks that the strategy of "going out" promotes the overseas exchange and cooperation of Chinese Wushu culture effectively, and Belt and Road's strategy is recognized by Chinese Wushu culture abroad. The sustained development of benefits adds a new source of power, At the same time, the Chinese Wushu culture is faced with opportunities such as expanding overseas markets in an orderly way, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese Wushu culture industry, and promoting the innovation ability of the Chinese Wushu culture itself. Also facing the lack of "common culture" caused by the Chinese martial arts culture in the local dissemination of obstacles, Such challenges as imbalance of regional Wushu discourse system caused by asymmetric information and imperfect supporting mechanism of coordinated development of Wushu culture in the countries along "Belt and Road", such as constructing common culture, searching for the breakthrough point of Wushu cultural exchange and cooperation, etc. Perfecting the supporting mechanism of regional coordinated development of Wushu culture is the leading path of the concept of "Wushu Culture, Human sharing" of Chinese Wushu Culture in the New period.
