北京體育大學(xué)高參小實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師教學(xué)組織能力影響因素研究

【摘要】:2014年,由北京市教委主導(dǎo),實(shí)行“高參小”少兒趣味田徑教學(xué)計(jì)劃,將北京體育大學(xué)與5所小學(xué)相連,在對(duì)田徑專業(yè)的研究生進(jìn)行教學(xué)培訓(xùn)后,分派至五所小學(xué)參與少兒趣味田徑教學(xué)活動(dòng)。2015年年度計(jì)劃包括田徑專業(yè)的27名研究生,作為沒(méi)有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師,在教學(xué)組織能力方面還存在著諸多不足,因而在實(shí)際的教學(xué)組織活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,也出現(xiàn)了諸多問(wèn)題。實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的教學(xué)組織能力,集中體現(xiàn)在少兒趣味田徑課的教學(xué)組織活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,但在這一過(guò)程中,實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師會(huì)遇到諸多影響因素,直接影響課堂教學(xué)組織過(guò)程,間接影響實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的教學(xué)組織能力。當(dāng)前,實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師在教學(xué)實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,遇到的問(wèn)題多種多樣,各實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師教學(xué)組織能力的差異,加上各學(xué)校之間客觀條件的差異,導(dǎo)致了教學(xué)活動(dòng)的差異。本文通過(guò)對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)“高參小”實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的教學(xué)組織活動(dòng)過(guò)程,進(jìn)行了跟蹤觀察和研究,分析教學(xué)組織活動(dòng)過(guò)程中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,找出影響體育教師教學(xué)組織能力的具體因素,并提出相關(guān)建議。研究表明:1.北京體育大學(xué)“高參小”實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的教學(xué)組織能力,由于基本情況的差異性,包括其年齡、性別、實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間、執(zhí)教年級(jí)、周課時(shí)量,導(dǎo)致實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師之間的教學(xué)組織能力有差異。2.針對(duì)少兒趣味田徑的教學(xué)組織活動(dòng)過(guò)程,以“高參小”項(xiàng)目實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)為切入點(diǎn),并結(jié)合實(shí)地觀課記錄,發(fā)現(xiàn)本文論述的所有影響因素,均在一定程度上,制約著實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的教學(xué)組織能力。3.實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師一堂課的教學(xué)組織過(guò)程,受到兩大方面因素的影響,一種是內(nèi)部因素——自身因素;另一種是外部因素——包括學(xué)生因素、教學(xué)環(huán)境因素、教學(xué)大綱因素。內(nèi)部因素即自身因素較為重要,對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)田徑教師的有一定的影響;而外部因素作為不可控因素,影響程度不一樣。
[Abstract]:In 2014, under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, the "Gao Shen and Xiao" children's interesting track and field teaching plan was implemented. The Beijing physical Education University was linked to five primary schools, and after conducting teaching and training for graduate students majoring in track and field, In 2015, the annual plan includes 27 graduate students majoring in track and field. As an intern track and field teacher with no teaching experience, there are still many deficiencies in the ability of teaching organization. Therefore, in the course of practical teaching organization and activities, there are also many problems. The teaching organization ability of the intern track and field teachers is embodied in the process of teaching organization and activities of children's interesting track and field class, but in this process, The intern track and field teachers will encounter many influence factors, which directly affect the classroom teaching organization process and indirectly affect the teaching organization ability of the intern track and field teachers. At present, the problems encountered by the intern track and field teachers in the course of teaching practice are various. The differences of teaching organization ability of the intern track and field teachers, as well as the differences of the objective conditions among the schools, lead to the difference of the teaching activities. The following observation and research are carried out, the practical problems in the process of teaching organization and activities are analyzed, and the specific factors that affect the teaching organization ability of PE teachers are found out. The research shows that the teaching organization ability of the track and field teachers of "Gao Shen Xiao" at Beijing physical Education University, due to the differences in basic conditions, including their age, gender, internship time, teaching grade, weekly class hours, 2. Aiming at the process of children's interesting track and field teaching organization and activities, taking the questionnaire data of track and field teachers of "Gao Shen Xiao" project as the cut-in point, and combining with the field observation record, the author points out that there are differences in teaching organization ability among the intern track and field teachers. It is found that all the influencing factors discussed in this paper, to a certain extent, restrict the teaching organization ability of the intern track and field teachers .3.The teaching organization process of one class of the intern track and field teachers is influenced by two major factors. One is internal factor-self factor, the other is external factor including student factor, teaching environment factor, syllabus factor. External factors as uncontrollable factors, the degree of influence is not the same.
