綜合干預(yù)方案對肥胖女大學生血脂代謝的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究在綜合干預(yù)下,通過運動、教育、醫(yī)學營養(yǎng)和醫(yī)學監(jiān)控對肥胖女大學生進行干預(yù)到達減脂的效果實證研究,探尋適合年輕肥胖女性的綜合干預(yù)方案的科學健身模式。研究方法:本研究選取以24名肥胖女大學生(fat%≥30%)作為受試對象,隨機分為綜合干預(yù)組(N=12)和單純運動組(N=12)。對受試者實施為期8周減肥干預(yù),包括綜合干預(yù)及單純運動干預(yù)兩種方式。干預(yù)前后分別測試受試者的身體形態(tài)指標(腰臀比、體重、fat%,BMI等)及血脂生化指標(血脂四項、載脂蛋白A、B、脂聯(lián)素、瘦素等)。研究結(jié)果: 1.8周干預(yù)后綜合干預(yù)組和單純運動組受試者的形態(tài)指標發(fā)生良性變化,兩組受試者干預(yù)后體重(7.30% VS 3.49%)、BMI(7.65% VS 4.04%)、脂肪總量(16.64% VS 7.12%)、體脂%(11.73% VS 8.51%)、腰圍(5.98% VS 5.68%)、臀圍(3.75% VS1.81%)和腰臀比(3.33% VS2.25%)較實驗前均顯著性下降(P0.01,P0.05),其中單純運動組的脂肪總量與實驗前沒有明顯變化。綜合干預(yù)組較單純運動組體重和脂肪總量有顯著差異(P0.01,P0.05),其中綜合干預(yù)組體重、BMI和臀圍下降幅度較單純運動組有非常明顯的變化(7.65%VS4.04%、7.30% VS 3.49%和5.68% VS 1.81%,P0.01);綜合干預(yù)組體脂%和脂肪總量下降的幅度較單純運動有明顯變化(11.73% VS 8.51%、16.64% VS 7.12%,P0.05)。2.干預(yù)前部分受試者血脂存在異常,經(jīng)8周干預(yù)后綜合干預(yù)組和單純運動組血脂有明顯改善,TG、TC、APOB與干預(yù)前相比均明顯下降(P0.01),HDL-C、APOA與干預(yù)前相比均明顯上升(P0.01),其中綜合干預(yù)組TC呈非常顯著性下降(P0.01),而單純運動組TC呈顯著性下降(P0.015)研究結(jié)論:1.經(jīng)過8周單純運動、綜合干預(yù)可有效降低肥胖女大學生的肥胖程度,一定程度上改善了其各項身體形態(tài)指標;綜合干預(yù)方案對減脂效果最佳。2.本研究中肥胖女大學生TG高于正常范圍,經(jīng)過8周單純運動、綜合干預(yù)對肥胖女大學生TG指標恢復到了正常值范圍。單純運動、綜合干預(yù)對血脂的其他指標均有所改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study is based on comprehensive intervention, through sports, education, medicine, nutrition and medical intervention to monitoring effect of fat on empirical obese female college students, to explore the fitness comprehensive intervention program for young obese women scientific model. Methods: This study selected 24 obese female college students (fat% = 30%) as the subjects were randomly divided into intervention group (N=12) and exercise group (N=12). The implementation of a 8 week weight loss intervention on the subjects, including comprehensive intervention and simple exercise intervention in two ways. Before and after the intervention respectively test the body shape index of subjects (waist to hip ratio, body weight, fat% BMI, etc.) and blood lipids (four blood lipids, apolipoprotein A, B, adiponectin, leptin). Results: the morphological index of 1.8 week intervention group and exercise group subjects had positive changes, two groups of subjects to do The prognosis of weight (7.30% VS 3.49%), BMI (7.65% VS 4.04%), total fat (16.64% VS 7.12%), body fat% (11.73% VS 8.51%), waist circumference (5.98% VS 5.68%) (3.75% VS1.81%), hip circumference and waist to hip ratio (3.33% VS2.25%) than before the experiment were significantly decreased (P0.01, P0.05) among them, the total fat and the simple exercise group did not change significantly after intervention group than simple exercise group weight and total fat were significantly different (P0.01, P0.05), the intervention group weight, BMI and hip circumference decreased significantly than the simple exercise group had significant changes (7.65%VS4.04% 7.30%, VS 3.49% and 5.68% VS 1.81%, P0.01); comprehensive intervention group total body fat and fat% decrease compared with the simple movement changed significantly (11.73% VS 8.51%, 16.64% VS 7.12%, P0.05.2.) before the intervention of some subjects had abnormal blood lipid, after 8 weeks of intervention group and exercise group blood lipid significantly TG, TC, APOB improved, compared with before intervention were significantly decreased (P0.01), HDL-C, APOA compared with before intervention were significantly increased (P0.01), the intervention group TC was reduced significantly (P0.01), and the simple exercise group TC decreased significantly (P0.015) conclusions: 1. through 8 week of simple exercise, comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce the degree of obesity in obese female college students, to a certain extent, improve the body shape index; comprehensive intervention program for the best.2. in the study of effects of dietary fat in obese female college students TG higher than the normal range, after 8 weeks of exercise intervention on obese female college students, TG index returned to normal value range. The simple exercise, comprehensive intervention on blood lipid and other indexes were improved.
