【摘要】：培養(yǎng)和儲備冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才,是推動(dòng)我國冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展、建設(shè)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)國的基礎(chǔ)和根本。研究分析了我國冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才存在的問題,主要是:儲備總量較低,質(zhì)量不高,結(jié)構(gòu)欠優(yōu),區(qū)域分布失衡等。提出了我國冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才儲備及其發(fā)展路徑的建議:政府系統(tǒng)應(yīng)重視和支持冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才培養(yǎng)儲備;體育系統(tǒng)應(yīng)根據(jù)不同項(xiàng)目培養(yǎng)和儲備冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才;教育系統(tǒng)應(yīng)建構(gòu)大中小學(xué)校冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才培養(yǎng)體系;社會(huì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)夯實(shí)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)競技人才儲備的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)和物質(zhì)條件。
[Abstract]:Training and reserving ice and snow sports talents is the foundation and foundation to promote the development of ice and snow sports in China and to build a strong country of ice and snow sports. This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in our country's ice and snow sports sports talents, which are mainly as follows: the total amount of ice and snow sports is low. The quality is not high, the structure is not excellent, the regional distribution is out of balance, and so on. The paper puts forward some suggestions on the reserve of ice and snow sports athletics talents and its development path: the government system should pay attention to and support the ice and snow sports sports talent training reserve; Sports system should train and reserve ice and snow sports talents according to different items, and education system should construct ice and snow sports talents training system in middle and college schools. The social system should consolidate the social foundation and material condition of the ice and snow sports athletics talent reserve.
