【摘要】：自21世紀以來,李婷、孫甜甜在奧運會賽場上取得女子雙打冠軍的成績,2011年中國女子網(wǎng)球運動員李娜在法國網(wǎng)球公開賽又取得冠軍的突破,我國女子網(wǎng)球運動員在國際賽場上占據(jù)一席之地,使世界對我國網(wǎng)球有了一個嶄新的認識,也促進我國競技網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展步入一個新的臺階。隨著中國女子網(wǎng)球在世界網(wǎng)球平臺上展現(xiàn)出的競技能力,人們對中國網(wǎng)球運動的發(fā)展充滿了信心,我國網(wǎng)球人口、參與網(wǎng)球運動的人數(shù)越來越多。但是,隨著李娜等人的退役,中國網(wǎng)球運動出現(xiàn)了青黃不接的現(xiàn)象�，F(xiàn)今國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)球運動員已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)斷層的情況,這種情況在女子運動員中尤為突出。其次,國內(nèi)男子網(wǎng)球運動員與世界優(yōu)秀男子網(wǎng)球運動員相比,差距甚大,與世界頂尖男子網(wǎng)球選手相差甚遠。我國網(wǎng)球運動存在人才短缺的情況,特別是高水平競技網(wǎng)球人才更是少之又少,后備人才的培養(yǎng)與優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)球運動員的產(chǎn)生呈直接關(guān)系。然而,后備人才在培養(yǎng)的過程中,存在大量流失的現(xiàn)象,受傷病、家庭、教練、文化學(xué)習(xí)等因素的影響,造成網(wǎng)球后備人才的流失,直接導(dǎo)致我國網(wǎng)球后備人才不足。本文從四川省網(wǎng)球后備人才流失的原因出發(fā),深入分析影響后備人才流失的原因,并提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法,為改善四川省人才流失的情況提供借鑒作用。本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法深入分析四川省網(wǎng)球后備人才流失的原因,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾因素對后備人才的流失具有重要影響作用,協(xié)調(diào)青少年學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的矛盾是培養(yǎng)青少年運動員的過程中必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。(2)網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)過程中缺乏管理不利于運動員持續(xù)良好的發(fā)展。(3)良好的訓(xùn)練動機、訓(xùn)練目標有利于青少年網(wǎng)球運動員持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展。(4)教練員配置的不合理與綜合能力不足制約網(wǎng)球后備人才運動成績的提高。(5)不同培養(yǎng)模式的局限性阻礙青少年網(wǎng)球運動員水平的提高。(6)四川省網(wǎng)球后備人才選材存在不足,科學(xué)方法和手段利用率較低。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, Li Ting and Sun Tiantian have won the women's doubles championship at the Olympic Games. In 2011, Chinese women tennis player Li Na made another breakthrough in the French Open. China's women tennis players occupy a place in the international arena, so that the world has a new understanding of China's tennis. It also promotes the development of competitive tennis in China into a new stage. With the competitive ability of Chinese women's tennis on the world tennis platform, people are full of confidence in the development of Chinese tennis. More and more people are taking part in tennis. However, with the retirement of Li Na and others, China's tennis has become a phenomenon that is too late to catch up. Nowadays, there is already a gap between the outstanding domestic tennis players and the rest of the country. This situation is particularly prominent among women athletes. Secondly, the gap between domestic men's tennis players and the world's outstanding men's tennis players is very large. It is far from the world's top men's tennis players. There is a shortage of talents in tennis in China, especially in high-level competitive tennis. The training of reserve talents is directly related to the generation of outstanding tennis players. However, in the process of training, there is a large loss of reserve talents, which is influenced by injuries, families, coaches, cultural learning, and so on. The loss of tennis reserve talents directly leads to the shortage of tennis reserve talents in our country. This paper, proceeding from the reasons of the loss of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province, deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the loss of reserve talents, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In order to improve the situation of talent loss in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the reasons of the loss of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Draw the following conclusion: (1) the contradictory factors of learning and training play an important role in the loss of reserve talents. To coordinate the contradiction between youth learning and training is an essential link in the process of training young athletes. (2) the lack of management in the training process of reserve tennis talents is not conducive to the sustained and good development of athletes. The training goal is conducive to the sustained and healthy development of the young tennis players. (4) the unreasonable allocation of coaches and the lack of comprehensive ability restrict the improvement of tennis reserve talents' performance. 5) the limitation of different training models hinders the teenagers. Improving the level of Tennis players. (6) there are deficiencies in the selection of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province, The utilization rate of scientific methods and means is low.
