快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練對不同柔韌素質(zhì)學(xué)生的縱跳能力影響研究

【摘要】:身體的綜合素質(zhì)不僅僅代表運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,更代表訓(xùn)練水平的空間。身體素質(zhì)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)如同木桶的木板,承載水的多少最終是由最短的那塊板決定的,在運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中也是如此。快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練是肌肉必須要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)離心收縮,且在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到最大力量的訓(xùn)練,因此當(dāng)代被教練員使用較多的一種訓(xùn)練方式,這種訓(xùn)練方式針對性比較強(qiáng),是有效發(fā)展快速力量的練習(xí)方式,縱跳能力則是展示其訓(xùn)練效果的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等研究方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)前通過坐位體前屈、立位體前屈兩個(gè)測試指標(biāo)對95名學(xué)生進(jìn)行篩選,最終選取33位不同柔韌素質(zhì)的學(xué)生作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,并按其柔韌素質(zhì)分為3組。通過對實(shí)驗(yàn)對象進(jìn)行10周的同負(fù)荷刺激的快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練,采取原地縱跳不擺臂摸高和原地縱跳擺臂摸高兩項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù),對實(shí)驗(yàn)對象的縱跳能力進(jìn)行對比分析,最后通過實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析得出以下結(jié)論:1、不同柔韌素質(zhì)的學(xué)生在接受同負(fù)荷刺激的快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練后,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ組,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅱ組和實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅲ組,組內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)對比在縱跳能力的表現(xiàn)上比訓(xùn)練前均具有顯著差異(P0.05)。說明快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練對不同柔韌素質(zhì)的學(xué)生縱跳能力均能有效的提高。2、柔韌素質(zhì)為差的實(shí)驗(yàn)對象與柔韌素質(zhì)為中、優(yōu)的實(shí)驗(yàn)對象在接受同負(fù)荷刺激的快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練后,縱跳能力有顯著差異(P0.05)。說明不同柔韌素質(zhì)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行同復(fù)合刺激的快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練所表現(xiàn)出的縱跳能力有顯著性差異。3、綜合所有數(shù)據(jù)表明,在接受同負(fù)荷刺激后的柔韌素質(zhì)為中、優(yōu)的組所表現(xiàn)出的縱跳能力的增值與增長率,皆處于同一水平。所以當(dāng)柔韌素質(zhì)達(dá)到中等水平時(shí)對快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練的影響效果較低。本研究成果不僅證明了快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練對縱跳能力影響的有效性,同時(shí)也揭示了不同柔韌素質(zhì)的學(xué)生在接受同負(fù)荷刺激的快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練后的差異,為快速伸縮復(fù)合訓(xùn)練提供了參考及有益的建議。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality of the body not only represents the ability to exercise, but also represents the space of training level. The indicators of physical fitness are like wooden barrels of wood, and the amount of water loaded is ultimately determined by the shortest board. The same is true in sports training. Rapid stretching training is a kind of training in which muscles must undergo a centrifugal contraction and reach maximum strength in the shortest possible time. This kind of training method has strong pertinence, it is an effective way to develop fast strength, and vertical jump ability is an item to show its training effect. Before the experiment, 95 students were screened by sitting position forward flexion and standing position forward flexion, and 33 students with different flexibility were selected as experimental objects. According to their flexibility, the subjects were divided into 3 groups. The subjects were trained with the same load stimulation for 10 weeks, and the data of in situ vertical jump without swinging arm touching and in situ vertical jump arm touching height were taken.
