【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,我國(guó)的網(wǎng)球事業(yè)發(fā)展越來(lái)越快。網(wǎng)球已經(jīng)成為世界上最具有吸引力的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,它以?xún)?yōu)雅美、衣著美以及競(jìng)賽的激烈性而被人們所認(rèn)知。2011年中國(guó)選手李娜在法國(guó)網(wǎng)球公開(kāi)賽獲得了她的第一座大滿(mǎn)貫冠軍,也成為了第一個(gè)亞洲人獲得大滿(mǎn)貫冠軍的球員,2014年李娜又贏得澳大利亞網(wǎng)球公開(kāi)賽的冠軍,她讓世界上的人們看到了中國(guó)網(wǎng)球的力量。從而也使中國(guó)的網(wǎng)球受到了前所未有的關(guān)注,社會(huì)對(duì)于網(wǎng)球人才的培養(yǎng)規(guī)格一向要求很高。大學(xué)的網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課作為網(wǎng)球人才培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,對(duì)網(wǎng)球人才的培養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要。本文主要采取了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,主要研究山西省普通高校網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,了解山西省普通高校網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)的基本情況以及教學(xué)效果和存在的主要問(wèn)題,并對(duì)山西省普通高等學(xué)校網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的問(wèn)題的提出相應(yīng)建議和對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果表明:山西省普通高校的網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)地器材等硬件設(shè)施缺乏,網(wǎng)球課時(shí)較少,上課班級(jí)人數(shù)太多;并且網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的男女教師的人數(shù)比例相差很大,教師總體職稱(chēng)偏低,年齡趨于年輕化,教師教齡比較短,教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不夠豐富;網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的學(xué)生網(wǎng)球基礎(chǔ)較差,學(xué)生選修網(wǎng)球課的動(dòng)機(jī)良好,但是網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的學(xué)生第一志愿選修網(wǎng)球的非常少;網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)方法和手段比較單一,教學(xué)內(nèi)容比較枯燥;且考核方式主要以考核學(xué)生技術(shù)、體能為主。筆者根據(jù)山西省普通高校網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀所存在的問(wèn)題提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議:加大資金投入,加強(qiáng)場(chǎng)地設(shè)備配套建設(shè),提高場(chǎng)地利用率;加大先進(jìn)網(wǎng)球教學(xué)技術(shù)和理論人才的引進(jìn)力度,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)球教師的培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí),平衡男女老師的數(shù)量;盡量加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)球選項(xiàng)課的課時(shí),減少班級(jí)數(shù)量;改善教學(xué)內(nèi)容,采用先進(jìn)教學(xué)方法;教學(xué)考核應(yīng)該多采用過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià),定量和定性分析結(jié)合起來(lái),鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣;多舉行一些網(wǎng)球比賽,增加媒體對(duì)于網(wǎng)球的宣傳力度,營(yíng)造良好網(wǎng)球氛圍。
[Abstract]:With the progress of our society, tennis is developing more and more rapidly. Tennis has become one of the most attractive sports in the world. The beauty of clothes and the intensity of the competition have been recognized. Li Na of China won her first Grand Slam title in the French Open in 2011. Li Na also became the first Asian to win a Grand Slam title. In 2014, Li Na won the Australian Open. She has shown people around the world the power of Chinese tennis, which has also brought Chinese tennis to unprecedented attention. As an important part of the training of tennis talents, the tennis elective courses in universities are very important to the cultivation of tennis talents. This paper mainly studies the present situation of tennis elective course teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, and finds out the basic situation, teaching effect and existing problems of the tennis elective course teaching in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, such as questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods. The research results show that the tennis court equipment and other hardware facilities are lacking, the tennis class hours are less, and the class size is too large in Shanxi ordinary colleges and universities, and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of tennis elective courses in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. And the number of male and female teachers of tennis elective courses is very different, the overall professional title of teachers is low, the age tends to be younger, the teaching period of teachers is relatively short, the teaching experience is not rich enough, the tennis elective course students have a poor tennis foundation. The motivation of students to take tennis courses is good, but the number of students taking tennis elective courses is very few, the teaching methods and means of tennis elective courses are relatively simple, and the teaching content is boring. The author puts forward the following suggestions according to the problems existing in the teaching of tennis elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province: increase the investment of funds, strengthen the supporting construction of site and equipment, Improve the utilization rate of the field, increase the introduction of advanced tennis teaching technology and theory talents, strengthen the training and study of tennis teachers, balance the number of male and female teachers, strengthen the hours of tennis elective courses and reduce the number of classes as far as possible; To improve the teaching content and adopt advanced teaching methods, the assessment of teaching should be conducted in a more process way, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to encourage students to stimulate their interest, and to hold more tennis competitions. Increase the media for tennis publicity, create a good tennis atmosphere.
