健身器械“萬向雙手盤—胸腹健身器”的研制及其效果驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:研究目的:隨著我國人們生活水平的提高和健身意識的提高,傳統(tǒng)的健身俱樂部已經(jīng)不能夠滿足所有人的健身需求;由于時間、地點(diǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等一些客觀條件因素的影響,“家庭健身”成為他們的最佳選擇;那些攜帶方便、功能多樣、價錢廉價的室內(nèi)健身器也受到他們的熱捧;“萬向雙手盤——胸腹肌肉健身器”操作簡單、便于攜帶、功能多樣、不受場地的限制,隨時隨地滿足健身者的健身要求。產(chǎn)品綜合了傳統(tǒng)健腹輪、大飛鳥器和健腹盤的優(yōu)點(diǎn),不僅使腹部肌肉和肩部肌肉得到很好的鍛煉,也能使胸部受到不同程度的刺激。本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過測試受試者訓(xùn)練前后的體重、體脂率和身體各部分圍度,對其指標(biāo)的變化進(jìn)行分析,旨在為“萬向雙手盤——胸腹肌肉健身器”的健身效果提供理論依據(jù)。研究方法:本文以山東體育學(xué)院健身健美社團(tuán)成員16名為研究對象。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組各8人,均為男性,年齡20-24歲?刂茖(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的飲食、訓(xùn)練和作息,經(jīng)過8周的訓(xùn)練,測試并記錄受試者的體重、體脂率和身體各部分圍度與訓(xùn)練前的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析。研究結(jié)果:1、體重:訓(xùn)練前、后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的組間和組內(nèi)比較均不存在明顯差異(P0.05);比較實(shí)驗(yàn)組訓(xùn)練前、后體重的增加值和對照組訓(xùn)練前、后體重的增加值,結(jié)果顯示存在明顯的差異(P0.05)。2、體脂率:訓(xùn)練前、后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的組間比較存在明顯差異(P0.05),組內(nèi)比較不存在明顯差異(P0.05)。訓(xùn)練后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的體脂率均有下降,下降率比較不存在明顯差異(P0.05)。3、胸圍:訓(xùn)練前、后對照組的組間和組內(nèi)比較,胸圍不存在明顯差異(P0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組訓(xùn)練前、后對比存在明顯差異(P0.05);經(jīng)過8周的訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的胸圍均增加了,而且實(shí)驗(yàn)組的增加值遠(yuǎn)高于對照組,存在非常明顯的差異(P0.01)。4、上臂圍:訓(xùn)練前、后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的組間和組內(nèi)比較,上臂圍并沒有存在明顯差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組訓(xùn)練前、后上臂圍的增加值高于對照組,存在明顯的差異性(P0.05)。5、腰圍:訓(xùn)練前、后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的組間和組內(nèi)比較,腰圍不存在明顯差異(P0.05);經(jīng)過8周的訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)組腰圍的增加值與對照組的增加值相比有明顯的差異(P0.05)。6、大腿圍:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的組間和組內(nèi)比較均不存在明顯差異(P0.05)。研究結(jié)論:經(jīng)過8周的訓(xùn)練,由數(shù)據(jù)分析可得,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的體重和身體各部分圍度相應(yīng)的增加,而身體皮脂率卻下降了,表明身體的肌肉含量增加了,說明運(yùn)動對于身體的積極影響;皮脂率的下降可能與晨練慢跑有關(guān),肌肉圍度的增加很大程度與力量性練習(xí)有關(guān);實(shí)驗(yàn)組相比于對照組來說,胸圍、上臂圍和腰圍均存在顯著性差異,其中胸圍增加最為明顯,可能與研發(fā)器械所設(shè)計動作胸大肌參與動作最多和背肌的增長有關(guān),肱三頭肌作為胸肌鍛煉的最大協(xié)同肌也與對照組存在差異,從側(cè)面說明器械對于胸肌的鍛煉效果;然而腰圍的增加不是傳統(tǒng)意義的脂肪增多,而是腹部的肌肉橫截面積變大和肌力的增加。由此可知萬向雙手盤胸腹健身器的對胸肌和腹部肌肉健身效果顯而易見,具有一定的研發(fā)和推廣價值。
