【摘要】：中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)茶文化,歷史悠久,底蘊(yùn)深厚。其在兩千余年的形成過程中,汲取了大量其它文化和精神思想,如儒家文化中的"修身齊家",道家思想中的"天人合一"等。這些精神文化內(nèi)涵對(duì)中華民族人文品質(zhì)的形成,起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,深刻影響了我們這個(gè)民族的性格和社會(huì)人文形態(tài)。對(duì)于我國(guó)高校體育課程目前存在的"重專業(yè)、輕人文"的偏差,傳統(tǒng)茶文化則有著不容小覷的人文教育意義。由是言之,將中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)茶文化與當(dāng)今高校體育課程進(jìn)行融合,能在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)體育課程目前存在的這些缺陷,促進(jìn)高校體育生文化水平以及道德素質(zhì)的提高。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional tea culture has a long history and profound inside information. It has drawn a large number of other cultures and spiritual thoughts in the course of its formation for more than 2,000 years. For example, the Confucian culture of "self-cultivation and Qi Jia" and the Taoist ideology of "the unity of nature and man". These spiritual and cultural connotations have played a vital role in the formation of the Chinese nation's humanistic quality. It has deeply influenced the character of our nation and the social humanistic form. The traditional tea culture has the significance of humanistic education which should not be underestimated for the deviation existing in the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities in our country at present, that is to say, the traditional tea culture has the significance of humanism education which should not be underestimated. The fusion of Chinese traditional tea culture with the present physical education curriculum in colleges and universities can to some extent make up for these defects existing in the present physical education curriculum and promote the improvement of the cultural level and moral quality of college sports students.
