【摘要】：近幾年有關(guān)于我國足球聯(lián)賽中"是否歸化外籍球員"的話題一直存在爭議,國內(nèi)有關(guān)"歸化球員"的呼聲也越來越高。法律制度限制、文化差異、傳統(tǒng)觀念及社會輿論等是我國足球聯(lián)賽中歸化外籍球員的主要困境。經(jīng)分析認為,歸化外籍球員首先應(yīng)更新傳統(tǒng)觀念,理性看待歸化;其次,可以適度拓寬外籍球員加入中國國籍的制度門檻,加快我國足球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽改革步伐,完善運動員保障體系,吸引更多外籍球員來國內(nèi)踢球以增加歸化球員選材;最后,可以選擇從"血緣模式"為突破口,即歸化優(yōu)秀華裔球員,同時拓展足球賽事對外交流渠道,鼓勵足球聯(lián)賽針對性地引入外籍年輕優(yōu)秀潛力股外援,為實施"歸化球員"政策奠定人才基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a controversy about whether to naturalize foreign players in the Chinese football league matches, and the domestic calls for "naturalized players" have become increasingly high. Legal system restrictions, cultural differences, The traditional concept and public opinion are the main difficulties of the naturalized foreign players in the football league matches of our country. The analysis shows that the naturalized foreign players should first update the traditional ideas and treat the naturalization rationally; secondly, We can appropriately widen the threshold of the system for foreign players to join Chinese nationality, speed up the pace of reform in our professional football league, perfect the athlete security system, and attract more foreign players to play in China to increase the selection of naturalized players. Finally, We can choose from the "blood relationship model" as the breakthrough point, that is, to naturalize the outstanding Chinese players, and at the same time, to expand the channels of foreign exchange in football matches, and encourage the football league to introduce foreign foreign aid to foreign young outstanding potential shares in a targeted way. For the implementation of the "naturalized players" policy to lay a talent base.
