我國優(yōu)秀女子摔跤運(yùn)動(dòng)員西洛卓瑪多年訓(xùn)練特征研究

【摘要】:多年系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練是運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練的重要組成部分,本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、方法等研究方法,以我國優(yōu)秀女子摔跤運(yùn)動(dòng)員西洛卓瑪為研究對象,對西洛卓瑪?shù)亩嗄暧?xùn)練特征進(jìn)行研究,通過研究總結(jié)西洛卓瑪多年訓(xùn)練規(guī)律,為教練員的多年訓(xùn)練提供參考依據(jù),促進(jìn)我國摔跤項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果表明:西洛卓瑪基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練階段,抓摔跤基本動(dòng)作,動(dòng)作規(guī)格和專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì);以身體素質(zhì)和基本技術(shù)訓(xùn)練為主;一般身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練比例逐年下降;技術(shù)訓(xùn)練以摔跤基本技術(shù)為主,注重摔跤單一技術(shù)動(dòng)作的訓(xùn)練。專項(xiàng)提高階段,訓(xùn)練密切結(jié)合摔跤專項(xiàng)特點(diǎn),以專項(xiàng)技術(shù)和專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練為主體;專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)比例增加到70.0%,一般身體素質(zhì)比例下降到30.0%;力量素質(zhì)所占比例最高,專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)中以核心力量為主;技術(shù)訓(xùn)練以專項(xiàng)技術(shù)訓(xùn)練為主,強(qiáng)化得意技的訓(xùn)練和連貫技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。最佳競技階段,提高動(dòng)作熟練性、提高得意技和連貫技術(shù)得分能力、加強(qiáng)專項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練;以專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)、實(shí)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練和參賽能力培養(yǎng)為核心,專項(xiàng)心理素質(zhì)和基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)訓(xùn)練為重點(diǎn),強(qiáng)化得意技的訓(xùn)練和連貫技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。競技保持階段,加強(qiáng)個(gè)人得意技訓(xùn)練,保持專項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練,以專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)為重點(diǎn),訓(xùn)練知識(shí)理論教授開始增加;專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)和一般身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練比例趨于穩(wěn)定,專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練占60.0%;速度、力量和爆發(fā)力在所占比例較大,核心力量和專項(xiàng)力量達(dá)到西洛卓瑪多年訓(xùn)練不同階段的最大值;得意技和連貫技術(shù)是訓(xùn)練重點(diǎn)。西洛卓瑪基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練階段的負(fù)荷安排采用循序漸進(jìn)、留有余地的原則,嚴(yán)格控制負(fù)荷量和負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度,以有氧訓(xùn)練為主,隨著西洛卓瑪年齡的自然增長,不斷增加負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度。西洛卓瑪訓(xùn)練方法主要是分解法、完整法、重復(fù)訓(xùn)練法、持續(xù)訓(xùn)練法、間歇訓(xùn)練法、變換訓(xùn)練法、循環(huán)訓(xùn)練法和比賽訓(xùn)練法;基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練階段和專項(xiàng)提高階段訓(xùn)練手段較為相似;最佳競技階段和競技保持階段訓(xùn)練手段較為相似。隨著西洛卓瑪訓(xùn)練年限的增加,訓(xùn)練的專項(xiàng)性不斷加強(qiáng),更加傾向于技術(shù)動(dòng)作的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:The systematic training for many years is an important part of athletes' training. In this study, we use the methods of literature and materials, and take the outstanding female wrestler silo Droma as the research object. This paper studies the training characteristics of Silo Droma for many years, summarizes the training law of Xilodoma for many years, and provides the reference basis for the training of coaches for many years. The research results show that in the basic training stage of Silo Droma, the basic movements, movement specifications and special physical qualities of wrestling should be grasped, and the training of physical fitness and basic technique should be the main part. The proportion of general physical fitness training is decreasing year by year, the basic skills of wrestling are the main skill in the technical training, the training of single skill movement is emphasized, the special improvement stage, the training is closely combined with the special characteristics of wrestling, The proportion of special physical fitness is increased to 70.0 and the proportion of general physical fitness is decreased to 30.0.The proportion of strength quality is the highest, and the core strength is the main factor in the special quality. Technical training is mainly focused on special technical training, strengthening the training of smug skills and coherent techniques. In the best competitive stage, it is necessary to improve the proficiency of movement, improve the scoring ability of smug skills and coherent techniques, and strengthen the special physical training. The training of special physical quality, actual combat training and ability to compete is the core, the special psychological quality and basic technical training are the emphasis, the training of self-satisfaction skill and the training of coherent skill should be strengthened, and the training of individual self-satisfaction skill should be strengthened in the stage of competitive maintenance. To maintain special physical training, with special skills and special qualities as the focus, the training knowledge theory professors began to increase; the proportion of special physical fitness training and general physical fitness training tended to be stable, and special physical fitness training accounted for 60.0 percent of the total speed. Strength and explosive power in the larger proportion, core strength and special strength reached the maximum of the various stages of Sirro Droma training for many years; Self-satisfaction and coherence techniques are the key points of the training. The load arrangement in the basic training stage of Silodoma adopts the principle of step by step, leaving room, strictly controlling the load quantity and load intensity, and taking aerobic training as the main factor. With the natural increase in the age of cilodore, the load intensity increases continuously. The main training methods are decomposing method, complete method, repeated training method, continuous training method, intermittent training method, change training method, and so on. The cycle training method and the competition training method; the basic training stage and the special improvement stage training method are similar; the best athletics stage and the athletics maintenance stage training method are similar. The special nature of the training continues to strengthen, more inclined to the use of technical action.
