【摘要】：當(dāng)前高校體育教學(xué)活動開展過程中,其人文精神的缺失也是影響其整體教學(xué)效果的重要原因之一。所以探究傳統(tǒng)文化的具體理念內(nèi)涵,并將其系統(tǒng)化融入到整個高校體育教學(xué)活動中,就極具現(xiàn)實價值與意義。本文擬從當(dāng)前高校體育教育活動開展過程中存在的問題和不足分析入手,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)茶文化理念的具體內(nèi)涵及傳承價值,通過融入高校體育教育活動開展的具體要求和價值,從而探究在高校體育教育體系中茶文化的具體應(yīng)用思路。
[Abstract]:At present, the lack of humanistic spirit is one of the important reasons that affect the overall teaching effect in the process of carrying out physical education activities in colleges and universities. It is of great practical value and significance to systematize it into the whole physical education activities in colleges and universities. This paper will begin with the analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the process of carrying out physical education activities in colleges and universities. Combined with the specific connotation and inheritance value of the traditional tea culture concept, the concrete application of tea culture in the physical education system of colleges and universities is explored by integrating with the specific requirements and values of the physical education activities in colleges and universities.
