甘肅民族師范學院體育教育專業(yè)學生職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:隨著基礎(chǔ)教育改革的推進和教師專業(yè)化的發(fā)展,教師職業(yè)技能越來越被各個高等師范院校所重視,紛紛將其納入師范專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的課程體系當中。然而,面對各師范院校追求自身“綜合性”“學術(shù)性”發(fā)展的理念,“師范性”在某種程度上受到了削弱,作為師范專業(yè)學生重要競爭優(yōu)勢的教師職業(yè)技能的處境也略顯尷尬。一方面,基礎(chǔ)教育對教師綜合技能的需求迫切,另一方面師范院校教師職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)愿望與能力減弱。甘肅民族師范學院是面向少數(shù)民族地區(qū)基層培養(yǎng)中小學教師的專門機構(gòu)。本文以甘肅民族師范學院體育教育專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談等方式,深入研究體育教育專業(yè)學生職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和基層中小學對體育教師職業(yè)技能的需求,從而探索甘肅民族師范學院體育教育專業(yè)在學生職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)方面的不足及改進措施,為今后學生的培養(yǎng)工作提供一定的參考依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果顯示:1.甘肅民族師范學院體育教育專業(yè)教師職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的課程體系,是學生專業(yè)技能和綜合能力培養(yǎng)的有效保障,突出了教師教育的發(fā)展格局,通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),有必要在技能實踐訓練上有所側(cè)重,適當提升其課程的比重。2.絕大部分同學能認識到教師職業(yè)技能的重要性,但對其認識還不系統(tǒng),尤其體現(xiàn)在對教師職業(yè)技能的具體內(nèi)涵,;部分同學對教師職業(yè)技能訓練的態(tài)度消極。3.教師職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的實施過程還存在著不合理、不規(guī)范之處。培養(yǎng)實施過程中職業(yè)技能課程設(shè)置的結(jié)構(gòu)與比重不合理、管理能力還應當加強等等。4.教師指導團隊的總體水平層次不齊。部分教師指導過程態(tài)度消極;指導手段與方法單一;指導過程的評價與監(jiān)控體系還有待完善。5.學生對教師職業(yè)技能訓練中各項目的掌握極不均衡;學生對教師基礎(chǔ)技能的掌握情況最好,對體育教師專業(yè)技能的掌握一般,對教師教育教學技能的掌握情況最不容樂觀。這與社會用人單位對體育教師在教師職業(yè)技能方面的需求還有較大差距。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of basic education reform and the development of teachers' specialization, teachers' vocational skills are paid more and more attention to by various normal colleges and universities, which are brought into the curriculum system of training teachers' professional talents one after another. In the face of the idea that normal colleges and universities pursue their own "comprehensive" and "academic" development, the "normal nature" has been weakened to some extent, and the situation of teachers' professional skills, which is an important competitive advantage for teachers' major students, is also somewhat awkward. On the one hand, There is an urgent need for teachers' comprehensive skills in basic education. On the other hand, the desire and ability of teachers' vocational skill training in normal colleges are weakened. Gansu normal College for nationalities is a special institution for training primary and secondary school teachers at the grass-roots level in minority areas. This paper takes the physical education of Gansu normal University for nationalities as an example. The present situation of vocational skills training of students majoring in education is the object of study. Through questionnaire investigation, interview and so on, this paper deeply studies the present situation of vocational skill cultivation of physical education major students and the demand of physical education teachers' vocational skills in primary and secondary schools. In order to explore the deficiency and improvement measures of the physical education major in Gansu normal University for nationalities in the training of students' vocational skills, The research results show that the curriculum system of cultivating professional skills of PE teachers in Gansu normal University for nationalities is an effective guarantee for the cultivation of students' professional skills and comprehensive abilities. It highlights the development pattern of teacher education, and finds that it is necessary to focus on the practical training of skills and appropriately increase the proportion of the curriculum. 2. Most of the students can realize the importance of teachers' vocational skills. However, the understanding is not systematic, especially in the specific connotation of teachers' vocational skills, and some students' attitude towards teachers' vocational skills training is negative .3.The implementation process of teachers' vocational skills training is still unreasonable. The structure and proportion of vocational skills curriculum in the process of training and implementation is unreasonable, the management ability should be strengthened, etc. 4. The overall level of teacher guidance team is not uniform, and some teachers have negative attitude in the process of guidance; The evaluation and monitoring system of the guidance process needs to be perfected. 5. The students' mastery of each item in the teacher's vocational skills training is very uneven, and the students' mastery of the teachers' basic skills is the best. The mastery of PE teachers' professional skills is general, and the situation of teachers' educational and teaching skills is not optimistic, which is still far from the social employers' demand for PE teachers' professional skills.
