【摘要】：“天天有網(wǎng)球”是國奧利賢(北京)體育文化發(fā)展有限公司在多年專職為中央國家機關(guān)網(wǎng)球協(xié)會服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,為適應國家機關(guān)群眾性網(wǎng)球水平提升和社會化網(wǎng)球市場發(fā)展的需要,更充分地挖掘和利用網(wǎng)球健身資源所推出的一項以服務(wù)國家機關(guān)為基礎(chǔ),同時面向社會網(wǎng)球愛好者的網(wǎng)球培訓平臺。研究以“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓為研究對象,主要運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法來分析“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓運作模式,主要從“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓的基本情況、學員相關(guān)情況、教練員相關(guān)情況、教學計劃和教學大綱的分析、培訓管理模式、定制化培訓籌備情況、培訓與競賽的關(guān)系、社會化因素以及分級培訓發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變思路予以綜合性分析。通過“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓模式運作的研究與分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)“天天有網(wǎng)球”根據(jù)分級別分班的模式對每個級別都制定相應的教學目標。(2)“天天有網(wǎng)球”系列培訓在業(yè)余時間里每天都舉辦不同級別的培訓,為網(wǎng)球愛好者提供了更多接受培訓機會和自主選擇參訓的可能性。(3)“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓對學員制定了準確的網(wǎng)球水平自評標準,使同一班次參加培訓的學員水平能夠達到一致化。(4)擔任培訓工作的教練團隊,絕對多數(shù)都是專業(yè)組織認可的ITF初級、中級、高級教練員,完全能夠勝任集體授課的教學訓練工作。(5)“天天有網(wǎng)球”分級培訓制定了詳細的教學內(nèi)容與教學大綱以及嚴格的教學考核評價標準。從而最大限度的提升了教學質(zhì)量和教學效果。(6)“天天有網(wǎng)球”擁有非常完善的培訓模式,并注重教學監(jiān)督,每周做會議報告并且針對相應的問題及時處理。(7)“天天有網(wǎng)球”系列培訓平衡了會員的收支情況,實現(xiàn)了從全公助到少自費多公助再到多自費少公助的漸進過程。(8)“天天有網(wǎng)球”系列培訓根據(jù)不同水平網(wǎng)球愛好者的需求調(diào)查得出,分級培訓是網(wǎng)球愛好者的第一選擇。

In order to meet the needs of raising the level of mass tennis and the development of socialized tennis market, a project developed by more fully excavating and utilizing tennis fitness resources is based on serving the state organs. At the same time, the tennis training platform for social tennis lovers. Experts interview to analyze the "every day tennis" grading training operation model, mainly from the "every day tennis" grading training basic situation, students related situation, coaches related situation, teaching plan and syllabus analysis, The mode of training management, the preparation of customized training, the relationship between training and competition, the factors of socialization and the development of graded training are comprehensively analyzed. Through the research and analysis of the operation of graded training mode of "tennis every day", Come to the following conclusion: "there is tennis every day" according to the model of divided classes for each level of the corresponding teaching goals. 2) "every day tennis" series of training in their spare time every day to organize different levels of training. Providing more training opportunities for tennis lovers and the possibility of self-choosing to participate in the training. So that the same class of trainees can achieve consistency. 4) as a coaching team, most of them are ITF junior, intermediate and senior coaches recognized by professional organizations. The grading training of "every day tennis" has developed detailed teaching contents and syllabuses and strict evaluation standards of teaching assessment. Thus, the quality of teaching has been improved to the greatest extent.
