【摘要】：校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展已成為促進(jìn)足球后備人才培養(yǎng),推動(dòng)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的重要因素。本文基于系統(tǒng)學(xué)理論構(gòu)建出校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的模型,并運(yùn)用熵值法對(duì)四川省2009-2014年校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià),研究表明:四川省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平不斷提高,社會(huì)、人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展各子系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展水平都呈現(xiàn)出不同程度的上升趨勢(shì)。但是,目前對(duì)政府政策、財(cái)政撥款具有強(qiáng)烈的依賴性,且子系統(tǒng)間協(xié)調(diào)性較差,長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力不足。因此,在優(yōu)化校園足球內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),提升"硬實(shí)力"的同時(shí)提升"軟實(shí)力",推進(jìn)校園足球市場(chǎng)化,拓展校園足球發(fā)展多元化路徑,增強(qiáng)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的有序性和協(xié)調(diào)性,是四川省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of campus football has become an important factor to promote the training of football reserve talents and promote the development of football. Based on the theory of systematics, this paper constructs the evaluation index system model of campus football sustainable development. The dynamic evaluation of the sustainable development of campus football in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2014 is carried out by using the entropy method. The research shows that the sustainable development level of campus football in Sichuan Province is constantly improving, social, population, economy, resources, social, population, economy, and resources. The development level of each subsystem of coordinated development shows an upward trend in varying degrees. However, at present, there is a strong dependence on government policies and financial allocations, and the coordination among subsystems is poor, and the long-term capacity for sustainable development is insufficient. In optimizing the internal structure of campus football, promoting "hard power" and "soft power" at the same time, promoting the marketization of campus football, expanding the diversified path of campus football development, enhancing the order and coordination of the whole system, It is an effective way for the sustainable development of campus football in Sichuan province.
