河南省普通高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高校田徑訓(xùn)練是涉及多角度,多方面的訓(xùn)練體系。高校的課余田徑訓(xùn)練是學(xué)生在課下進(jìn)行的有紀(jì)律、有組織的活動(dòng)過程,在豐富學(xué)校的業(yè)余生活外,也為學(xué)校培養(yǎng)出一批優(yōu)秀的田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員。在運(yùn)動(dòng)員的選拔過程中,不僅要重視他們的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,更要考察他們的其他綜合素質(zhì),為以后的訓(xùn)練做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。 多年來,高校的運(yùn)動(dòng)員取得的優(yōu)秀成績(jī)充分的說明高校建立運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)也是一種合理的模式。課余訓(xùn)練在我國(guó)學(xué)校的開展已經(jīng)得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師的極大認(rèn)可,河南省高校課余訓(xùn)練也如火如荼進(jìn)行著,但是在田徑方面的課余訓(xùn)練卻相對(duì)較少。本文通過對(duì)這方面進(jìn)行深刻的研究,進(jìn)行理論方面積極地探索,參考其他省市高等院校相關(guān)方面的一些狀況。結(jié)合我省的實(shí)際情況,,通過調(diào)研,找出河南省高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練的制約因素,從而找出這些制約因素的原因所在?梢越o河南省高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練科學(xué)有效的的開展提供一些參考性建議,也在理論上給予一定的研究支持。 就當(dāng)前河南省普通高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練的一些調(diào)查研究,在對(duì)有關(guān)河南高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練的管理者、及相關(guān)人員采取訪問法,運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等多種研究方法,采取深入的調(diào)查,得出以下結(jié)論: 1、河南省普通高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練的管理制度還不是很完善,在某些方面還存在問題,一些管理方面的規(guī)章制度還需進(jìn)一步的加強(qiáng)和完善。 2、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練時(shí)間不能得到有效的保障,大多都是臨時(shí)組隊(duì),突擊訓(xùn)練;訓(xùn)練缺乏連貫性和科學(xué)性,嚴(yán)重阻礙了訓(xùn)練的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 3、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的文化課水平參差不齊,對(duì)文化學(xué)習(xí)不夠重視,學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練之間的矛盾還是比較突出,如何更好的處理好學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾是當(dāng)必須解決的重要問題。 4、教練員的學(xué)歷、職稱結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)合理,需要指出的是教練員繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)與接受培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)較少,且他們的科研水平相對(duì)不高。 5、河南省普通高校田徑課余訓(xùn)練的經(jīng)費(fèi)相對(duì)不足,那么投入到場(chǎng)地,器材的經(jīng)費(fèi)更加匱乏,主要原因是經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道單一,這嚴(yán)重阻礙了田徑課余訓(xùn)練的開展;且教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員的補(bǔ)助也沒有得到很好的落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:College track and field training is a multi-angle and multi-aspect training system. The extracurricular track and field training in colleges and universities is a disciplined and organized process of activities carried out by students under class, in addition to enriching the school's amateur life. Also for the school to cultivate a group of excellent track and field athletes. In the selection process of athletes, not only should pay attention to their sports skills, but also to investigate their other comprehensive qualities. Be fully prepared for future training. Over the years, the outstanding achievements of athletes in colleges and universities fully show that the establishment of sports teams in colleges and universities is also a reasonable model. The development of after-school training in our country has been greatly recognized by the leaders and teachers. The after-school training in colleges and universities in Henan Province is also in full swing, but the after-school training in track and field is relatively small. Referring to some related aspects of other provinces and cities colleges and universities, combined with the actual situation of our province, through research, find out the constraints of after-school track and field training in colleges and universities in Henan Province. In order to find out the reasons for these constraints, it can provide some reference suggestions for the scientific and effective development of track and field after-school training in Henan Province, and also give some research support in theory. On the basis of the investigation and research on the extracurricular training of track and field in the colleges and universities of Henan Province at present, the author adopts the method of visiting, using the method of mathematical statistics and the method of questionnaire survey to the managers and related personnel of the after-school training of track and field in Henan colleges and universities. Interviews and other research methods, taking in-depth investigation, draw the following conclusions: 1. The management system of track and field after-school training in Henan Province is not perfect, there are still some problems in some aspects, and some management rules and regulations need to be further strengthened and perfected. 2, the training time of athletes can not be effectively guaranteed, most of them are temporary formation, surprise training, the lack of consistency and scientific training seriously hinders the sustainable development of training. Thirdly, the level of culture course of athletes is not uniform, the cultural study is not enough attention, the contradiction between study and training is still more prominent, how to better deal with the contradiction of learning and training is an important problem that must be solved. 4. The educational background and professional title structure of coaches are relatively reasonable. It should be pointed out that coaches have less opportunities to continue to study and receive training, and their scientific research level is relatively low. 5. The funds of track and field after-school training in Henan Province are relatively insufficient, so the funds of equipment and equipment are even more scarce, the main reason is that the source of funds is single. This seriously hinders the development of track and field after-school training; And coaches and athletes of subsidies have not been well implemented.
