補(bǔ)充谷氨酰胺對(duì)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)后血液中NO與同型半胱胺酸的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在研究未受運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的女學(xué)生,進(jìn)行有氧游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)后,補(bǔ)充谷氨酰胺對(duì)于恢復(fù)期血液中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)與同型半胱胺酸的影響。選取60位健康的女性大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分成兩組,一組補(bǔ)充安慰劑,一組補(bǔ)充L-谷氨酰胺,補(bǔ)充劑量皆為0.1 g每kg體重。然后進(jìn)行單次游泳運(yùn)動(dòng),連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)2 h,運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度為55%~75%最大心率。每位受試者在運(yùn)動(dòng)前及運(yùn)動(dòng)后0 h、1 h、2 h,分別采血以測(cè)量一氧化氮(NO_x,NO_2~-,NO_3~-)、同型半胱胺酸、血糖、胰島素、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、甘油三脂及總膽固醇含量。研究顯示,運(yùn)動(dòng)后兩組間受試者血液中一氧化氮、胰島素、HDL-C、LDL-C、甘油三脂及總膽固醇含量并沒(méi)有顯著性差異,而補(bǔ)充谷氨酰胺組受試者運(yùn)動(dòng)后其血液中同型半胱胺酸及葡萄糖濃度水平升高。因此本研究認(rèn)為谷氨酰胺能夠幫助提高運(yùn)動(dòng)后恢復(fù)期血液中同型半胱胺酸及血糖的含量水平,但目前還沒(méi)有足夠證據(jù)能夠顯示補(bǔ)充谷氨酰胺能夠增加耐力運(yùn)動(dòng)恢復(fù)期的一氧化氮水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study the female students without exercise training, aerobic swimming exercise and glutamine supplementation regarding the recovery period in the blood nitric oxide (nitric oxide NO) and homocysteine. The effects of selected 60 healthy female college students as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, one group of placebo a group of L-, glutamine, supplementary dose was 0.1 g per kg weight. Then a single continuous swimming exercise, exercise 2 h, exercise intensity is 55%~75% the maximum heart rate. All the subjects in pre exercise and post exercise 0 h, 1 h, 2 h, blood samples were collected to measure nitric oxide (NO_x, NO_2~-, NO_3~-), homocysteine, blood glucose, insulin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, LDL-C), glycerin three fat and total cholesterol. Research shows that, After exercise between the two groups of subjects in the blood nitric oxide, insulin, HDL-C, LDL-C, and there was no significant difference in total cholesterol and glycerin three fat, increase the blood homocysteine and glucose concentration level and glutamine group subjects after exercise. Therefore this research that levels of glutamine can during the period of blood homocysteine and blood glucose recovery to help improve after exercise, but there is not enough evidence to show that glutamine supplementation can increase endurance exercise recovery level of nitric oxide.
