【摘要】：在高校教育改革不斷推進的過程中,體育教學理論的創(chuàng)新顯得更加重要,茶文化作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的代表,其所蘊含的儒釋道三家思想,極具教育價值與文化底蘊,在茶文化背景下,當代體育教學的發(fā)展途徑更加廣闊,體育教師應該充分借助茶文化,豐富教學內容與手段,激發(fā)學生體育學習興趣,以此推動當代體育教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文針對茶文化背景下的體育教學理論進行具體分析。
[Abstract]:In the process of education reform in colleges and universities, the innovation of the theory of physical education is more important. Tea culture, as the representative of Chinese traditional culture, contains three thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Under the background of tea culture, the development way of contemporary physical education teaching is wider, and PE teachers should make full use of tea culture to enrich teaching content and means. In order to promote the sustainable development of contemporary physical education, this paper analyzes the theory of physical education under the background of tea culture.
