北京體育大學(xué)游泳教師與專項(xiàng)學(xué)生應(yīng)用游泳科研成果的研究

【摘要】:在60年代初,我們的體育工作者通過(guò)不懈的努力,取得了豐富的成果。解決了當(dāng)時(shí)一些比較棘手的問(wèn)題,例如足球的過(guò)度訓(xùn)練,乒乓球的多球訓(xùn)練等。從而使這兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練更加科學(xué)化。到了八十年代,我國(guó)乒乓球、女排游泳、舉重、體操等項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)沖出亞洲,走向世界,在第二十三屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)上取得5枚金牌,這與我們的體育科研人員取得的成果是密不可分的,同時(shí)這也是科研成果應(yīng)用推廣成功的典范。本文以游泳項(xiàng)目為例,從教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練的實(shí)際出發(fā),調(diào)查目前游泳科研成果應(yīng)用的效果以及應(yīng)用的方式,了解目前游泳科研成果的應(yīng)用情況,為今后的應(yīng)用性研究奠定一定的基礎(chǔ)。本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家訪談法等研究方法,對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)游泳專項(xiàng)教師與學(xué)生應(yīng)用游泳科研成果的效果,應(yīng)用成果的方式、獲取途徑等方面進(jìn)行研究,主要得出以下結(jié)論:1.北京體育大學(xué)游泳教師與專項(xiàng)學(xué)生獲得游泳科研成果的途徑比較多。其中最為主要的途徑是網(wǎng)絡(luò)。2.游泳教師主要有五種應(yīng)用科研成果的方式,其中游泳教師與專項(xiàng)學(xué)生最為普遍的應(yīng)用方式是直接應(yīng)用游泳科研成果教學(xué)或訓(xùn)練方法。3.游泳教師在教學(xué)課中應(yīng)用游泳科研成果,從高到低排序依次是四種泳姿的教學(xué)方法類、游泳輔助器材類、游泳的教學(xué)視頻類。在訓(xùn)練課中應(yīng)用的科研成果依次是游泳技術(shù)訓(xùn)練類、游泳訓(xùn)練器械類、游泳訓(xùn)練的原則類、游泳技術(shù)分析與比賽視頻類。4.游泳科研成果應(yīng)用到教學(xué)中的目的是改善學(xué)生的技術(shù),提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)游泳的積極性,以及使學(xué)生喜歡游泳。在訓(xùn)練應(yīng)用的目的是提高學(xué)生訓(xùn)練的積極性,以及比賽成績(jī)。5.教師在教學(xué)課中應(yīng)用的效果表現(xiàn)為學(xué)生上課的積極性提高,對(duì)游泳產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣,游泳技術(shù)得到了改善。在訓(xùn)練課中應(yīng)用效果表現(xiàn)為學(xué)生的體能水平提高,比賽成績(jī)得到了提高。游泳專項(xiàng)學(xué)生在教學(xué)課中應(yīng)用的效果表現(xiàn)為學(xué)員的技術(shù)明顯改善,在訓(xùn)練課中應(yīng)用的效果表現(xiàn)為體能水平得到提高,比賽成績(jī)得到了提高。6.教師評(píng)價(jià)科研成果應(yīng)用效果的方式是期末考試、學(xué)生的比賽成績(jī)以及學(xué)生的技術(shù)動(dòng)作表現(xiàn),游泳專項(xiàng)學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的方式是學(xué)員的結(jié)業(yè)測(cè)試、學(xué)員的比賽成績(jī)、學(xué)員的技術(shù)動(dòng)作表現(xiàn),家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)員的反饋。7.教師選取游泳科研成果應(yīng)用效果的評(píng)價(jià)主體是班級(jí)里的學(xué)生、自己。
[Abstract]:In early 60s, our sportsmen made a lot of efforts to solve some of the thornier problems of the time, such as football overtraining. In 80s, China's table tennis, women's volleyball swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics and other events have rushed out of Asia, towards the world. In the 23th Olympic Games, we won 5 gold medals, which is inseparable from the achievements of our sports researchers, and it is also a successful example of the application of scientific research achievements. This paper takes swimming as an example. Based on the practice of teaching and training, this paper investigates the application effect and method of the present swimming scientific research achievement, and finds out the application situation of the current swimming scientific research achievement. This paper uses questionnaire survey, literature, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods. This paper studies the effect of the application of swimming scientific research achievements, the way of application, and the ways of obtaining the results of swimming special teachers and students in Beijing physical Education University. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. There are many ways for swimming teachers and special students of Beijing physical Education University to obtain scientific research achievements in swimming. Among them, the most important way is network .2.Swimming teachers mainly have five ways of applying scientific research results. Swimming teachers and special students are the most common way to use swimming research results teaching or training methods .3.Swimming teachers in the teaching of the application of swimming scientific research results. The order from high to low is four swimming posture teaching methods, swimming auxiliary equipment, swimming teaching video class. The scientific research achievements applied in training class are swimming technical training class, swimming training equipment class in turn. Swimming training principles, swimming technology analysis and competition video class .4.Swimming scientific research results applied to teaching the purpose is to improve students' skills, improve the enthusiasm of students to learn swimming. And make students like swimming. The purpose of training application is to improve the enthusiasm of students' training, as well as the result of competition .5.The effect of teachers' application in teaching class is the improvement of students' enthusiasm in class. The swimming technique has been improved. The application effect in the training class is the improvement of the students' physical ability. The results of the competition were improved. The effect of swimming special students in the teaching class showed that the students' technology was obviously improved, and the effect of the application in the training class was the improvement of the physical ability level. 6. Teachers evaluate the application of scientific research results in the final examination, students' results and the performance of students' technical action. 6. The evaluation method of swimming special students is the completion test of the students, the result of the students' competition, and the performance of the students' technical action. Feedback from parents and cadets. The teacher chooses the students in the class to evaluate the application effect of scientific research achievements in swimming.
