烏魯木齊市高校武術(shù)社團(tuán)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,通過對(duì)烏魯木齊市高校武術(shù)社團(tuán)的組織管理體制、社團(tuán)成立的時(shí)間、社團(tuán)名稱、對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外的交流活動(dòng)、場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、師資和社團(tuán)成員構(gòu)成等方面的真實(shí)狀況進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)武術(shù)社團(tuán)在發(fā)展中存在的問題提出一系列對(duì)策和建議,以完善武術(shù)社團(tuán)在高校的作用與功能,使其在體育教育和校園文化建設(shè)等方面的作用得以實(shí)現(xiàn),為武術(shù)社團(tuán)在烏魯木齊市高校的科學(xué)管理和穩(wěn)步發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)烏魯木齊市高校的學(xué)生武術(shù)社團(tuán)組建程序非常簡(jiǎn)單,規(guī)章制度不夠完善,社團(tuán)成員對(duì)章程認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人的數(shù)量不足,活動(dòng)計(jì)劃不夠明確,執(zhí)行力度需要加強(qiáng)。(2)烏魯木齊市高校的武術(shù)社團(tuán)成立時(shí)間相對(duì)較晚,各個(gè)體系不夠成熟,發(fā)展緩慢,社團(tuán)名稱簡(jiǎn)單,影響力太小。(3)管理組織督促能力不強(qiáng),社團(tuán)成員習(xí)練次數(shù)和習(xí)練時(shí)間不能得到保障。(4)學(xué)校對(duì)武術(shù)社團(tuán)重視程度不夠,能批下來的室內(nèi)訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地不足,提供給社團(tuán)的器械不夠。(5)各高校武術(shù)社團(tuán)間交流次數(shù)太少,導(dǎo)致社團(tuán)成員視野狹窄、技術(shù)封閉。(6)學(xué)校能夠扶持的經(jīng)費(fèi)有限,武術(shù)社團(tuán)日常的開銷基本依賴為數(shù)不多的會(huì)費(fèi),經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道狹隘。指導(dǎo)教師人數(shù)不足,專項(xiàng)水平總體不高,責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)。(7)理論教學(xué)缺乏,教學(xué)方法單一,指導(dǎo)教師不能做到與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。(8)入社成員技術(shù)普遍低,很多沒有武術(shù)功底,武術(shù)社團(tuán)后備人才不足,男女比例失調(diào),民族分布不均衡。針對(duì)以上問題提出的可行性建議:(1)完善武術(shù)社團(tuán)規(guī)章制度,加強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力度,提高負(fù)責(zé)人的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量。(2)勇于創(chuàng)新,結(jié)合實(shí)際科學(xué)管理,有機(jī)運(yùn)作,擴(kuò)大社團(tuán)的影響力。(3)增加社團(tuán)成員練習(xí)的時(shí)間和頻率,加強(qiáng)教師使命感。(4)學(xué)校應(yīng)加大扶持力度,提供場(chǎng)地、器械,為社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的順利開展提供“綠色通道”。(5)加強(qiáng)各高校間聯(lián)盟,以武會(huì)友,促進(jìn)資源共享,以便取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。(6)學(xué)校應(yīng)提高重視及時(shí)給予資金保障,社團(tuán)內(nèi)部應(yīng)拓寬經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道,勇于走出校園,實(shí)現(xiàn)自我“造血功能”。(7)聘請(qǐng)高水平、高素質(zhì)的教練員,重理論抓技術(shù),推陳出新,對(duì)于少數(shù)民族學(xué)生盡量實(shí)行雙語教學(xué)。(8)增強(qiáng)社團(tuán)凝聚力,建立武術(shù)社團(tuán)在高校中的威信,平衡性別、民族,注重后備人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through the Urumqi university martial arts association organization and management system, the time of the establishment of the community. The name of the association, the internal and external exchange activities, venues and facilities, funding investment, teachers and community membership, and other aspects of the real situation. In view of the problems existing in the development of Wushu associations, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to perfect the functions and functions of Wushu associations in colleges and universities, so that their functions in physical education and campus culture construction can be realized. It provides reference and reference for the scientific management and steady development of Wushu association in Urumqi university. The research results show that the procedure of setting up Wushu association of students in Urumqi University is very simple. The rules and regulations are not perfect, the members of the association do not know enough about the articles of association, the number of the persons in charge of the association is insufficient, and the plan of the activities is. Implementation needs to strengthen. 2) Urumqi university martial arts association is relatively late, each system is not mature, slow development, the name of the association is simple. Influence is too small. 3) Management organization supervision ability is not strong, community members practice times and practice time can not be guaranteed. 4) the school does not pay enough attention to martial arts association. The lack of indoor training sites and the lack of equipment provided to the community. 5) the number of exchanges between the Wushu associations in colleges and universities is too small, resulting in the narrow vision of the members of the association. Technical closure. 6) the school can support the limited funds, martial arts organizations rely on the daily expenses of a small number of membership fees, narrow sources of funding, the number of teachers to guide the overall level is not high. Sense of responsibility is not strong. 7) lack of theoretical teaching, teaching method is single, guidance teachers can not keep pace with the times. 8) the members of the community generally have low skills, many do not have the foundation of martial arts, martial arts association reserve talent is insufficient. According to the above question put forward the feasibility suggestion: 1) perfect martial arts association rules and regulations, strengthen the enforcement dynamics, increase the number of responsible persons. Quality. 2) innovating, combining with actual scientific management, organically operating, expanding the influence of the community. 3) increasing the time and frequency of the club members' practice. To strengthen teachers' sense of mission, schools should strengthen support, provide venues and instruments, and provide "green channels" for the smooth development of various activities of the community. Promote the sharing of resources, in order to learn from each other. 6) the school should pay more attention to timely funding protection, the community should broaden the sources of funding channels, courage to go out of the campus. To realize self "hematopoietic function". (7) employ high level and high quality coaches, pay attention to theory and technology, bring forth new ideas and carry out bilingual teaching for minority students as far as possible) strengthen the cohesion of the community. The establishment of martial arts associations in colleges and universities, balance gender, ethnic groups, pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talent.
