【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國排球項(xiàng)目成績逐漸下滑,為解決這一發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,我國將重視排球后備人才培養(yǎng)作為排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在大力倡導(dǎo)素質(zhì)教育的背景下,學(xué)校教育應(yīng)在注重學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績的基礎(chǔ)上,重視學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,鼓勵(lì)和支持在體育方面有特長的學(xué)生積極參加專業(yè)訓(xùn)練,為培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)體育后備人才奠定基礎(chǔ)。沈陽市第120中學(xué)(高級中學(xué))是沈陽市體育先進(jìn)單位,在2013年被評為沈陽市特色中學(xué),是遼寧省排球重點(diǎn)學(xué)校。該校女子排球隊(duì)培養(yǎng)了一批批有較強(qiáng)競爭實(shí)力的排球隊(duì)隊(duì)員,多名排球隊(duì)隊(duì)員先后考入理想的大學(xué)。多年來,球隊(duì)比賽成績名列前茅,在遼寧省中學(xué)生比賽中多次獲得第一名。為我國排球人才的培養(yǎng)做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。本文主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、比較研究法等研究方法。以沈陽市第120中學(xué)、沈陽市第四中學(xué)、海城市高級中學(xué)的女子排球隊(duì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員、教練員作為研究對象。通過對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析整理,研究的結(jié)論如下:1.強(qiáng)大的人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè),保證充足的人才輸入。人才培養(yǎng)梯隊(duì)的建設(shè)為沈陽市第120中學(xué)女子排球隊(duì)輸入了眾多優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員,這一培養(yǎng)模式有效緩解了后備人才匱乏的項(xiàng)目發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在一定程度上既保證了運(yùn)動(dòng)員的數(shù)量也在一定程度上保證了運(yùn)動(dòng)員的質(zhì)量,強(qiáng)大的人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè),夯實(shí)了球隊(duì)后備人才基礎(chǔ),為球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)成績的不斷提高奠定基礎(chǔ),推動(dòng)排球隊(duì)的良性發(fā)展。2.完備的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)員日常訓(xùn)練。為促進(jìn)排球隊(duì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決定投入大量資金用于排球訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),促使場地設(shè)施更加完備,使用于訓(xùn)練的器材能夠滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練需求,為女子排球隊(duì)特色的形成奠定基礎(chǔ)。3.豐富的執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn),保證球隊(duì)日常訓(xùn)練。教練員是球隊(duì)的核心,沈陽市第120中學(xué)女子排球隊(duì)付麗教練,自幼從事排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)訓(xùn)練并在比賽中取得優(yōu)異成績。付麗教練有著17年的執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn),在訓(xùn)練中貫徹“以人為本,健康第一”的理念,關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與生活。付麗教練在訓(xùn)練中制定年度、月度、周計(jì)劃來保證排球隊(duì)的日常訓(xùn)練,在訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃的指引下,運(yùn)動(dòng)員刻苦訓(xùn)練,以保證球隊(duì)穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績。4.良好的學(xué)習(xí)成績,保障穩(wěn)定升學(xué)情況。沈陽市第120中學(xué)對運(yùn)動(dòng)員招生制度方面對運(yùn)動(dòng)員的中考成績有著明確的要求(達(dá)到500分以上),運(yùn)動(dòng)員具有較好的文化課基礎(chǔ)。為平衡運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾,由教務(wù)處牽頭,為運(yùn)動(dòng)員補(bǔ)習(xí)因日常訓(xùn)練及參與競賽所耽誤的課程,教練員督促運(yùn)動(dòng)員積極投入文化課學(xué)習(xí),有效提高了學(xué)校的社會(huì)知名度,得到了社會(huì)和家長的認(rèn)可。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual decline of volleyball achievements in China, in order to solve this development situation, our country will attach importance to volleyball reserve talent training as a volleyball development strategy, under the background of vigorously advocating quality education. On the basis of paying attention to students' academic achievement, school education should attach importance to the all-round development of students and encourage and support students with special skills in physical education to participate in professional training actively. Shenyang No. 120 Middle School (Senior Middle School) is an advanced sports unit in Shenyang, which was named Shenyang Special Middle School in 2013. It is a key school of volleyball in Liaoning Province. The women volleyball team of this school has trained a batch of volleyball team members with strong competitive strength, and many volleyball team members have been admitted to the ideal university. For many years, the team results are among the best. Won the first place many times in the competition of middle school students in Liaoning province, and made some contribution to the training of volleyball talents in China. This paper mainly used the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. Comparative research methods. Shenyang 120th middle school, Shenyang 4th middle school, Haicheng senior middle school women volleyball team athletes, coaches as the research object. Through the data analysis and collation. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Strong talent echelon construction to ensure sufficient talent input. Fu Li, the female volleyball team of Shenyang No. 120 Middle School, has been engaged in volleyball training since childhood and has achieved outstanding results in the competition.
