【摘要】：在《奧運爭光計劃》下,湖南省競技體操運動員用自己的青春換來了金牌,但是他們結(jié)束了運動生涯后,逐漸退出人們的視線成為“弱勢群體”。運動員退役就業(yè)難,造成了湖南體操人才的外流。競技體操運動員的退役再就業(yè)問題成為制約湖南競技體操發(fā)展的因素之一。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,以湖南省競技體操運動員的再就業(yè)問題為研究內(nèi)容,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):近五年來,湖南省競技體操退役運動員達(dá)39人,從運動員選擇退役的時間來看,主要集中在大型賽事后;他們的運動水平主要集中在國際級健將、國家級運動員、國家一級運動員,呈現(xiàn)了“金字塔”式分布。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),湖南省競技體操運動員退役后去向:部分運動員進(jìn)入了高校深造,研究認(rèn)為這與競技體操運動員退役年齡較小有較大的關(guān)系;有留著當(dāng)教練的(省隊,地區(qū)等);有進(jìn)入了企事業(yè)單位的;有進(jìn)入了媒體或影視娛樂圈;有自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的;還有極少部分處在待業(yè)、失業(yè)狀態(tài)。從就業(yè)途徑來看,主要有:政府安置和自主擇業(yè),并且自主擇業(yè)的比例逐年增加。當(dāng)前湖南省競技體操運動員退役再就業(yè)過程存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在:湖南省競技體操退役運動員學(xué)歷較低,他們所具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)與社會需求崗位能力不匹配;由于社會媒體對部分運動員不良行為的報道形成了社會對競技體操運動員在就業(yè)過程中存在歧視的現(xiàn)象。國家對運動員的安置配套政策不完善,在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊下“政府失靈”現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重;由于缺乏必要的就業(yè)指導(dǎo),退役運動員對當(dāng)前國家關(guān)于運動員退役安置政策的了解程度不夠,均成為影響湖南省競技體操退役運動再就業(yè)過程中的荊棘。針對湖南省競技體操運動員退役再就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題,研究運用職業(yè)生涯、社會化等相關(guān)理論認(rèn)為當(dāng)前湖南省競技體操管理部門應(yīng)該從以下幾個方面著手解決競技體操運動員退役再就業(yè)的問題。首先,湖南省體育主管部門應(yīng)該制定運動員退役再就業(yè)的相關(guān)政策、法規(guī),逐步完善退役運動員的管理服務(wù)措施。積極推進(jìn)運動員退役保險制度的改革,充分利用政府、社會、企業(yè)等多種力量建立健全的退役運動員利益補償機制。其次,積極推行“體教結(jié)合”,通過成立就業(yè)培訓(xùn)服務(wù)機構(gòu),加強對退役運動員的職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn),培養(yǎng)退役運動員的生存技能。最后,運動員選材采用科學(xué)的方法,并將科學(xué)充分運用到整個訓(xùn)練過程當(dāng)中,提高訓(xùn)練隊隊員的成材率。在訓(xùn)練的過程中讓運動員樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀,提高運動員的就業(yè)能力。

The Hunan gymnastics gymnastics athletes re employment problem has become one of the the factors restricting the development of Hunan athletics gymnastics. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview methods and mathematical statistics, the re employment problem of Gymnastics Athletes in Hunan Province as the research content, the research found that: in the past five years, Hunan province gymnastics athletes reached 39 people, choose to retire time from the point of view of athletes, mainly concentrated in the big events; their fitness levels are mainly concentrated in the international elite, national athletes, national level athletes, showing the Pyramid "Type distribution. The survey found that Hunan province gymnastics athletes retired to: some athletes entered the University for further study, studies suggest that the gymnastics and the retired athletes younger have a greater relationship; a left when the coach (provincial, district); has entered the enterprises have entered the media; Studio Entertainment; self-employed; there are very few parts that are unemployed, unemployed. From the way of employment, which includes government resettlement and self employment, self employment and the proportion increased year by year. The current athletic gymnastics of retired athletes in Hunan province the process of re employment problems mainly in: Hunan province gymnastics athletes. They have low occupation literacy and social demand post ability does not match; because of the social media reports on the part of the bad behavior of the athletes formed a society of Competitive Gymnastics Athletes have the discrimination in employment. National resettlement supporting policies for the athletes is not perfect, in a market economy under the impact of "government failure" phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious; due to the lack of necessary employment guidance, retired athletes on the current national policy on the placement of retired athletes are lack of understanding, have become a thorn in the process of re employment Hunan province gymnastics retired sports. Aiming at the problems of gymnastics re employment of retired athletes in Hunan province and the existing research, using the occupation career, social and other related theories of current Hunan province gymnastics management department should solve the athletics gymnastics athlete retirement employment problems from the following aspects. First of all, Hunan province the sports authorities should formulate relevant policies of re employment of retired athletes, regulations, and gradually improve the management of retired athletes Service measures. To actively promote the reform of athlete retirement insurance system, making full use of the government, society, enterprises and other forces to establish a sound compensation mechanism of the interests of retired athletes. Secondly, actively implement the "combination", through the establishment of employment training services, strengthen the occupation skill training of retired athletes, retired athletes training skills finally, the selection of athletes using the scientific method, and make full use of science to the whole training process, improve the utilization of the training team. In the process of training athletes to establish correct views on employment, improve the employment ability of athletes.
