【摘要】:良好的心理狀態(tài)在排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員獲取比賽勝利中占有重要的地位,流暢狀態(tài)是一種全身心忘我的投入到一項(xiàng)任務(wù)中去,而且能完全或超常的施展出自己最佳運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的意識(shí)形態(tài)。流暢狀態(tài)是對(duì)于排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員心理水平的一種評(píng)價(jià)方式,在比賽中快速進(jìn)入流暢狀態(tài),穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮技術(shù),抓住先機(jī)而提高全隊(duì)士氣,最大限度的激發(fā)運(yùn)動(dòng)員之間的凝聚力和比賽信心。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷法、訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)影響大學(xué)生排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)的因素進(jìn)行因子分析、獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)、單因素多變量方差分析和采用方差齊性的最小顯著性差異法(LSD)的多重比較,探究影響不同運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)、性別、訓(xùn)練年限排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)各因素的特征及之間的相關(guān)性和差異性。得出以下結(jié)論:1、影響大學(xué)生排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)的90個(gè)因素中,有5個(gè)主要共同因素,分別為“賽前科學(xué)合理的訓(xùn)練”、“隊(duì)友間相互的信任”“賽前對(duì)對(duì)手做了詳盡的了解”、“比賽中與隊(duì)友的交流”、“比賽中積極樂(lè)觀的心態(tài)”。2、影響大學(xué)生排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)的主要因素由13個(gè)因子組成,即比賽情境、非場(chǎng)上參賽人員、隊(duì)友及對(duì)手、自信心和積極的態(tài)度、比賽中自身狀態(tài)、賽前心理準(zhǔn)備、適宜的身體準(zhǔn)備、比賽動(dòng)機(jī)、目標(biāo)清晰明確、注意力、比賽裝備、賽后總結(jié)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)給。3、排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)不同,其比賽流暢狀態(tài)影響因素的影響程度也有所不同。運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)越高,其比賽流暢狀態(tài)所受各因素影響程度越小,越容易體驗(yàn)流暢狀態(tài)。從整體來(lái)看,二級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員所受各因素的影響程度顯著大于一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)各因素的影響程度,一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員顯著大于健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員。4、性別不同,排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)各影響因素之間存在顯著差異:相同影響因素下,男排運(yùn)動(dòng)員的流暢狀態(tài)所受影響程度較女排小。5、不同訓(xùn)練年限排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)影響因素影響程度不同,訓(xùn)練年限越長(zhǎng),運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽流暢狀態(tài)所受影響程度越小。以訓(xùn)練年限3年為界,訓(xùn)練年限長(zhǎng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員較訓(xùn)練年限短的存在顯著差異的因素少,隨著訓(xùn)練年限的增長(zhǎng)存在顯著差異的因素會(huì)減少。
[Abstract]:Good mental state plays an important role in the volleyball players to win the match. Fluency is a kind of dedication to a task. And can completely or exceptionally display their best sports level of ideology. Fluency is a way to evaluate the psychological level of volleyball players, fast into the smooth state in the game, stable display of technology. Seize the opportunity to improve the morale of the team to maximize the cohesion and confidence among athletes. This study through the literature method questionnaire method interview method data statistics. Factor analysis and independent sample T test were carried out on the factors influencing the smooth state of college volleyball players. Univariate multivariate ANOVA and multiple comparisons using the least significant difference (LSD) method of homogeneity of variance were used to explore the effects of different sports grades and gender. The characteristics of the factors of the fluency state of volleyball players during the training period and their correlation and difference. The following conclusions are drawn: 1, 90 factors that affect the smooth state of college volleyball players. There are five main common factors: "scientific and reasonable training before the match", "mutual trust among teammates," "detailed understanding of the opponent before the match", "exchanges with the teammates in the match". "positive and optimistic mentality in the match" .2.The main factors affecting the smooth state of college volleyball players are composed of 13 factors, that is, competition situation, non-field participants, teammates and opponents. Self-confidence and positive attitude during the game, pre-competition psychological preparation, appropriate physical preparation, competition motivation, clear objectives, attention, game equipment, post-match summary, nutrition supply .3. Volleyball players have different levels of sports, their competition fluency state influence factors are also different. The higher the sports grade, the less the influence degree of each factor on the smooth state of the game. The more easy to experience the smooth state. From the overall point of view, the impact of the second level athletes on each factor is significantly greater than that of the first class athletes, the first class athletes are significantly greater than the master class athletes. 4. There were significant differences among the factors influencing the fluency of volleyball players: under the same influencing factors, the fluency of male volleyball players was less than that of women volleyball. Volleyball players with different training years have different influence factors on the fluency state of the volleyball match. The longer the training years are, the less the influence on the fluency state of the volleyball players is. Take the three years of training years as the limit. There are fewer factors of significant difference between the athletes with longer training years than those with shorter training years, but with the increase of training years, the factors that have significant differences will be reduced.
