不同目標(biāo)設(shè)置下體育院校乒乓球普修課教學(xué)的實驗研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的今天,社會對人才的培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)教育已經(jīng)不能完全適應(yīng)新時期社會發(fā)展的需要,我國的廣大教育工作者為適應(yīng)新時代發(fā)展的要求,紛紛投入到教育改革之中。隨著高校體育專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的深入展開,在教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)方法、教育理論、課程設(shè)置等方面取得了豐碩的成果。制定教學(xué)目標(biāo)是整個體育教學(xué)工作的一個重要部分,有效地設(shè)置教學(xué)目標(biāo)能夠促進教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,對進一步深化體育專業(yè)院校教學(xué)改革,完善常規(guī)體育教學(xué)的不足有著重要的理論和實踐意義。采用文獻資料法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,實驗法,問卷調(diào)查法等方法,以“目標(biāo)設(shè)置理論”為指導(dǎo)對乒乓球普修課進行教學(xué)設(shè)計,以成都體育學(xué)院2014級體育教育專業(yè)的三個組90名學(xué)生作為實驗對象,對三個組制定不同教學(xué)目標(biāo),除此以外的其他教學(xué)條件相同,對比不同目標(biāo)設(shè)置下的教學(xué)效果。同時對實驗前后三個組的運動動機和意志品質(zhì)方面進行量表測量,監(jiān)測不同目標(biāo)下這兩方面的變化情況。研究結(jié)果表明,困難目標(biāo)更有助于體育院校普修課學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)正手攻球技術(shù)。三種不同難度目標(biāo)對體育院校普修課學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)左推右攻技術(shù)影響不顯著。反手搓球技能學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)設(shè)立更加困難的任務(wù)。教學(xué)中設(shè)立中等目標(biāo)和困難目標(biāo)更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣。教學(xué)中設(shè)立中等目標(biāo)和困難目標(biāo)更有利于學(xué)生意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。教學(xué)研究是一個艱難而漫長的過程,作為教師應(yīng)該不斷探索各種教學(xué)目標(biāo)的可行性,尋求最合理的目標(biāo)教學(xué)以及合理的教學(xué)方式進行教學(xué)實踐。端正學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機,重視學(xué)生興趣和意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。提高自身的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In the rapid economic development of today, the society has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents, traditional education has been unable to fully adapt to the needs of social development in the new era. In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the new era, the vast number of educators in our country have invested in the educational reform. With the further development of the teaching reform of physical education major in colleges and universities, the teaching mode, teaching methods and educational theory have been carried out. The establishment of teaching objectives is an important part of the whole work of physical education, effective setting of teaching goals can promote the improvement of teaching quality. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to further deepen the teaching reform of physical education colleges and universities and to perfect the deficiency of conventional physical education teaching. The methods of literature, mathematical statistics, experiment and questionnaire survey are adopted. Under the guidance of "goal setting theory", the teaching design of table tennis general course was carried out, and 90 students of three groups of physical education major in 2014 class in Chengdu Institute of physical Education were taken as experimental objects. Set different teaching objectives for the three groups, other than the same teaching conditions. At the same time, we measured the motor motivation and will quality of the three groups before and after the experiment, and monitored the changes of the two aspects under different goals. The difficulty goal is more helpful for the students of general course in physical education to learn forehand attack technique. Three different difficulty objectives have no significant effect on the students' learning technique of left push and right attack. The establishment of secondary goals and difficult goals in teaching is more conducive to the cultivation of students' interest. The establishment of secondary goals and difficult goals in teaching is more conducive to the cultivation of students' will and quality. Teaching research is a difficult one. And the long process. As a teacher, we should constantly explore the feasibility of various teaching objectives, seek the most reasonable goal teaching and reasonable teaching methods to carry out teaching practice, and correct the students' learning motivation. Attach importance to the cultivation of students' interest and will quality and improve their own professional quality.
