【摘要】：自1995年CBA引入第一個(gè)外籍球員起,20個(gè)賽季以來外援與聯(lián)賽共同發(fā)展,相互影響,相互制約,在摸索中尋求共同促進(jìn)的平衡點(diǎn)。在CBA聯(lián)賽蓬勃發(fā)展的同時(shí),比賽中對(duì)于外援的過度依賴和不當(dāng)使用仍是聯(lián)賽各俱樂部球隊(duì)長期存在的問題,嚴(yán)重影響我國后備人才的培養(yǎng)。本賽季CBA聯(lián)賽在外援使用規(guī)則上有較大變動(dòng),末節(jié)單外援的政策讓各俱樂部必須對(duì)外援和國內(nèi)球員的使用上予以調(diào)整。本文以2014-2015賽季CBA常規(guī)賽各俱樂部引進(jìn)外援各項(xiàng)比賽致勝數(shù)據(jù)和俱樂部聯(lián)賽成績?yōu)檠芯繉?duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)CBA2014-2015賽季常規(guī)賽外援各項(xiàng)比賽致勝數(shù)據(jù)與俱樂部聯(lián)賽成績進(jìn)行對(duì)比和分析,對(duì)外援各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)與俱樂部本賽季聯(lián)賽排名的影響進(jìn)行分析討論。并從聯(lián)賽成績角度討論各俱樂部本賽季引援的得失,總結(jié)本賽季各俱樂部引援方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和失敗教訓(xùn)。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.通過對(duì)2014-2015賽季CBA聯(lián)賽各俱樂部球隊(duì)各項(xiàng)致勝數(shù)據(jù)的分析,得出各俱樂部為提高球隊(duì)聯(lián)賽成績應(yīng)當(dāng)在在引進(jìn)外援方面結(jié)合其場上位置,綜合考慮其得分、籃板球、三分球命中率、助攻幾方面的能力。2.通過對(duì)本賽季CBA各俱樂部外援得分,籃板球,三分球命中率,助攻幾方面數(shù)據(jù)的研究,得出,外援的籃板球、助攻、三分球命中率對(duì)于俱樂部聯(lián)賽成績有較大影響,但是得分多少對(duì)于俱樂部聯(lián)賽成績無明顯影響。3.從聯(lián)賽成績角度分析聯(lián)賽排名前八的球員引援的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為:合理的引進(jìn)外援,其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)必須與球隊(duì)技術(shù)特點(diǎn)相符,可以更好的融入球隊(duì);對(duì)外援的使用要合理,充分發(fā)揮外援在比賽中攻防兩端的帶動(dòng)能力,不能完全依賴外援的個(gè)人發(fā)揮;要從球隊(duì)發(fā)展長遠(yuǎn)角度考慮來選擇外援人選,對(duì)外援的投資合理化,不盲目追求眼前效益。4.從聯(lián)賽成績角度分析俱樂部引援失敗教訓(xùn)為:只注重外援得分能力,忽略其他方面技術(shù)能力;頻繁更換外援,影響球隊(duì)磨合和穩(wěn)定;外援技術(shù)特點(diǎn)不能與球隊(duì)技術(shù)特點(diǎn)相融合,外援單打獨(dú)斗,孤立無援;引援投資過過大,盲目追求球員名氣。

Let be adjusted based on the 2014-2015 CBA regular season each club winning the game data and the introduction of foreign aid League results as the research object and using the method of literature, video observation, expert interview, mathematical statistics research methods such as logical analysis of the CBA2014-2015 regular season foreign aid The matches were compared and analyzed the data with the Club League were analyzed and discussed the data on foreign aid and affect the ranking Club League this season. And discuss the pros and cons of each club this season signings from League angle, summarizes the experience and lesson of this season each club quoted aspects. The main results are as follows: 1. through the 2014-2015 season CBA League clubs team winning the analysis of the data, the club to improve the team league achievements should be combined with its location on the field in the introduction of foreign aid, considering the scoring, rebounds, three point shooting, several aspects of the ability to assist.2. through the CBA season the club rebounds on scores of foreign aid,, three point shooting, research, assists in several aspects of the data obtained, foreign aid rebounds, assists, three point shooting for the Club League Has a great influence on performance, but the score for the Club League success experience has no obvious influence on.3. analysis of League top eight players from the League signings for the perspective of rational introduction of foreign aid, its technical characteristics must be consistent with the team technical characteristics, can better integrate into the team; the use of foreign aid should be reasonable, make full use of foreign aid in the game on both ends of the drive ability, not entirely dependent on foreign aid individuals to play; the long-term development from the perspective of the team to select candidates for foreign aid, foreign aid to the investment rationalization, not the blind pursuit of immediate benefits from the.4.
