【摘要】:自21世紀以來,科學技術不斷發(fā)展。隨著以三星、蘋果等品牌為主的智能手機和平板電腦的出現(xiàn),受到消費者的極大歡迎,智能手機的使用者也越來越多。與其同時迅猛發(fā)展起來的還有安裝在這些智能手機與平板電腦中的應用程序,即APP。越來越多的人喜歡下載各種各樣的APP來作為社交、娛樂、關注健康和運動健身等用途,這些APP為我們帶來了很多的方便。在中國經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展的大背景下,人們物質(zhì)生活水平的到了很大的提高,但是人們的生活壓力也比較大。當代大學生面臨著學習、就業(yè)等諸多壓力,身體素質(zhì)逐年下降,肥胖問題日益嚴重。在國家倡導全民健身的號召下,大學生更應該提高自身身體素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)運動興趣,養(yǎng)成運動習慣,堅持體育鍛煉,從而為今后的發(fā)展打下基礎。運動類APP的出現(xiàn)是當代科技與體育運動的結(jié)合體,在善于發(fā)現(xiàn)新事物的大學生群體中的得到使用廣泛。本文利用問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法,通過對在武漢市的華中師范大學、武漢大學、華中科技大學、武漢理工大學四所高等院校在讀大學生體育鍛煉情況進行調(diào)查,大學生堅持體育鍛煉影響因素以及對運動類APP的種類、功能等進行統(tǒng)計與分析,筆者意在探究運動類APP對大學生體育鍛煉堅持性的影響情況。調(diào)查得出以下結(jié)論:(1)運動類APP在大學生群體中普遍得到使用。(2)基于運動類APP內(nèi)置的個人記錄、社交互動、運動指導等功能,大學生通過使用運動類APP作為運動的輔助工具,可以在一定程度減少上述影響大學生體育鍛煉堅持性的幾大因素,從而能有效的促進大學生堅持參加體育鍛煉,對大學生體育鍛煉堅持性的提高具有顯著作用。(3)運動類APP對大學生體育鍛煉堅持性的影響利大于弊。建議:(1)提升運動類APP服務質(zhì)量(2)完善運動類APP已有功能,根據(jù)用戶需求創(chuàng)出新功能(3)大學生應根據(jù)自身情況合理使用運動類APP
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, science and technology has been developing. With the emergence of smartphones and tablets, such as Samsung, Apple and other brands, consumers are very popular. The number of smartphone users is also growing. At the same time, applications installed in these smartphones and tablets are also growing rapidly. More and more people like to download all kinds of APP for social, entertainment, health and exercise purposes. These APP bring us a lot of convenience. In the context of rapid economic development in China, people's material standard of living has been greatly improved. But people's life pressure is also relatively large. Contemporary college students are facing a lot of pressure, such as study, employment and so on. The body quality is declining year by year, the obesity problem is becoming more and more serious. College students should improve their physical quality, cultivate sports interests, develop sports habits, adhere to physical exercise. In order to lay a foundation for the future development. Sports APP is the combination of contemporary science and sports, and is widely used in the group of college students who are good at finding new things. By means of mathematical statistics and other methods, we investigated the physical exercise of students in four colleges and universities in Wuhan, Wuhan normal University, Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University of Science and Technology. The influencing factors of physical exercise and the types and functions of sports APP were analyzed and analyzed. The author intends to explore the influence of sports APP on the persistence of physical exercise of college students. The following conclusion is drawn: 1) exercise APP is widely used in college students. Based on the movement class APP built-in personal record. Social interaction, sports guidance and other functions, college students through the use of sports APP as an auxiliary tool of sports, to a certain extent, can reduce the impact of college students' physical exercise persistence of several major factors. In order to effectively promote college students to adhere to physical exercise. The effect of sports APP on college students' adherence to physical exercise is more beneficial than harmful. It is suggested that 1) improve the quality of sports APP service. Improve the function of sports APP. To create a new function according to the needs of users 3) College students should reasonably use sports APP according to their own conditions.
