【摘要】：籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在焦作市有著悠久的歷史和雄厚的群眾基礎(chǔ),2004年焦作市被命名為“籃球之城”以來(lái),在群眾籃球、學(xué)�；@球、競(jìng)技籃球的開(kāi)展以及后備人才培養(yǎng)等方面取得了突出的成績(jī),也摸索出一套具有自身特色的管理和發(fā)展道路。而商丘市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在著諸多問(wèn)題,如何學(xué)習(xí)焦作市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展方式和發(fā)展道路,是商丘市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)全面發(fā)展和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的重要保障。因此,對(duì)焦作市“籃球之城”籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,是十分必要的。本次研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家訪談法等研究方法,針對(duì)影響商丘市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的主要原因,提出商丘市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。通過(guò)對(duì)商丘市與焦作市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行比較,得出以下結(jié)論:1、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、城市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍、體育的政策法規(guī)、籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重視程度等都在一定程度上影響著商丘市群眾籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展。2、學(xué)�；@球課程的安排、體育教師隊(duì)伍的結(jié)構(gòu)以及學(xué)�；@球運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施都是影響商丘市學(xué)校籃球發(fā)展的因素。3、競(jìng)技籃球后備人才的培養(yǎng)對(duì)于城市競(jìng)技籃球水平的提高有著十分重要的作用。為促進(jìn)商丘市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展提出如下建議:1、商丘市應(yīng)借鑒“籃球城市”焦作市的群眾籃球發(fā)展模式,加強(qiáng)商丘市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),加大對(duì)群眾籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的投入力度,重視群眾籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,營(yíng)造良好的籃球傳統(tǒng)和氛圍,提高城市競(jìng)技籃球水平,鼓勵(lì)和支持商丘市積極申請(qǐng)?jiān)u選全國(guó)“籃球城市”。2、商丘市中學(xué)學(xué)校必須對(duì)學(xué)生對(duì)籃球的熱情給予重視,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)的習(xí)慣。加大對(duì)學(xué)�；@球場(chǎng)地和設(shè)施的建設(shè),同時(shí)也應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)引進(jìn)學(xué)歷較高、籃球?qū)I(yè)較強(qiáng)的青年教師,使其加入到籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)教師的隊(duì)伍之中。3、商丘市委、市政府應(yīng)積極承辦大型籃球比賽,加強(qiáng)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍,大力支持競(jìng)技籃球的發(fā)展與籃球后備人才的培養(yǎng),同時(shí)建立籃球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校,創(chuàng)建以縣市籃球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的學(xué)校為基礎(chǔ)的競(jìng)技籃球后備人才三級(jí)訓(xùn)練體制,努力提高籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)基地的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量與培養(yǎng)效率。
[Abstract]:Basketball has a long history and strong mass base in Jiaozuo City. In 2004, Jiaozuo City was named "Basketball City", in the mass basketball, school basketball. The development of competitive basketball and the cultivation of reserve talents have made outstanding achievements, but also found out a set of management and development path with its own characteristics. However, there are many problems in the development of Shangqiu basketball. How to study Jiaozuo basketball development mode and development road is an important guarantee for the overall development and sustainable development of Shangqiu basketball. It is necessary to study the present situation of basketball in Jiaozuo City. This research mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interview and so on. In view of the main reasons affecting the development of basketball in Shangqiu, the author puts forward the countermeasures for the development of basketball in Shangqiu. By comparing the basketball between Shangqiu and Jiaozuo, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the development of urban economy. Urban basketball sports atmosphere, sports policies and regulations, basketball venues and facilities as well as leadership attention to basketball, to a certain extent, affect the development of Shangqiu mass basketball sports .2. The arrangement of school basketball curriculum, the structure of physical education teachers and the facilities of school basketball field are the factors that affect the development of school basketball in Shangqiu city. The cultivation of competitive basketball reserve talents plays a very important role in improving the level of urban competitive basketball. In order to promote the development of basketball in Shangqiu City, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1. Shangqiu city should draw lessons from the development mode of mass basketball in Jiaozuo city, strengthen the economic construction of Shangqiu city, increase the investment in mass basketball, and attach importance to the development of mass basketball. Create a good basketball tradition and atmosphere, improve the level of urban competitive basketball, encourage and support Shangqiu City to actively apply for the selection of "basketball city" .2. Shangqiu middle school must pay attention to students' enthusiasm for basketball, cultivate students' sports habits, increase the construction of school basketball venues and facilities, and at the same time, strengthen the introduction of higher academic qualifications. Basketball professional strong young teachers, so that they join the team of basketball sports teachers. 3, Shangqiu municipal party committee, the municipal government should actively undertake large-scale basketball games, strengthen the atmosphere of basketball. Vigorously support the development of competitive basketball and the cultivation of basketball reserve talent, at the same time, establish the traditional basketball project schools, and establish a three-level training system of competitive basketball reserve talents based on the traditional basketball events of county and city. To improve the quality and efficiency of basketball reserve talent training base.
