【摘要】：正知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及信息時(shí)代的來(lái)臨, 使教育與勞動(dòng)者的關(guān)系日益緊密。作為現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)主力軍之一的農(nóng)民工,其個(gè)人素質(zhì)的高低不僅影響到自身的生存與發(fā)展,還直接關(guān)系到產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)換代、社會(huì)大局的安定和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的推進(jìn)。但由于長(zhǎng)期城鄉(xiāng)隔離造成的教育資源分配嚴(yán)重失衡,城鄉(xiāng)教育存在著巨大反差,農(nóng)民工在鄉(xiāng)村所接受的基礎(chǔ)教育相當(dāng)薄弱,而進(jìn)入城市后所得到的短期培訓(xùn)又無(wú)法使其素質(zhì)大幅度提升,因而難以適應(yīng)企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)的需要。要從根本上解決這一問(wèn)題,應(yīng)從城鄉(xiāng)教育統(tǒng)籌的角度出發(fā),充分利用城鄉(xiāng)教育資源, 實(shí)施農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the knowledge economy and the information age, the relationship between the education and the worker is becoming more and more close. As one of the main force of modern construction, the quality of the individual is not only affected by the existence and development of the industrial structure, but also directly related to the upgrading of the industrial structure, the stability of the overall social situation and the promotion of the construction of the modernization. However, due to the serious imbalance of the education resources caused by the long-term urban and rural isolation, there is a great contrast between the urban and rural education, the basic education accepted by the migrant workers in the rural areas is relatively weak, and the short-term training obtained after entering the city can not greatly improve the quality of the education. Therefore, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the enterprise's modernization and the large-scale production. In order to solve the problem fundamentally, we should make full use of the urban and rural education resources and implement the training of the migrant workers from the point of view of the integration of the urban and rural education.
