印度尼西亞開放和遠(yuǎn)程教育的發(fā)展與經(jīng)驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:The University of Tebuka is the only national university in Indonesia that has fully adopted the distance education model and aims to provide educational opportunities for Indonesians who cannot enter face-to-face colleges. The University of Tebuka aims to increase enrolment in higher education and to provide equal opportunities for quality higher education for citizens throughout the country. Its strategies for expanding higher education include the establishment of a nationwide networked education system in cooperation and association with other institutions and the provision of diverse courses through this system. Through this strategy, the University of Tebuka proved its ability to serve students from every corner of the country. With regard to the quality of education, the University of Tebuka has adopted an integrated learning package approach, including printed and audio-visual / computer-assisted teaching materials, complemented by a wealth of audio and television programmes, while providing a supermarket model of learning support services. Students can choose correspondence tutoring, radio tutoring, online tutoring and fax-Internet tutoring. In order to meet international standards and benchmarks, the University of Tebuka has adopted the quality assurance framework established by the Asian Open University Association to improve the quality of educational services. Its quality assurance system consists of nine components: policy and planning, human resource provision and development, management and administration, learners, professional design and development, curriculum design and development, student learning support, student assessment and learning media. To ensure the quality of products and services of distance education, the university has further developed quality assurance manuals, application systems and processes. Looking ahead, and in order to ensure that students have access to the quality services they need and that the distance education provided by the university complies with international quality standards, the University of Tabka intends to seek evaluation and qualification from institutions such as the World Council for distance Education
