基于成人自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)的教師角色轉(zhuǎn)換研究

【摘要】: 近十年來,在國內(nèi)外,“自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)”一直是成人教育最熱門的研究課題之一。反觀這些研究成果,不難看出,更多的學(xué)者關(guān)注的是成人學(xué)習(xí)者方面,而較少關(guān)心教師角色。即使是在成人教育教師角色方面的文獻中,也只是蜻蜓點水式地將教師角色規(guī)定為一個促進者、幫助者、引導(dǎo)者、協(xié)商者,目前還沒有系統(tǒng)的、深入的專題研究。 自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)被認為是最合成人本性的,高品質(zhì)的學(xué)習(xí)方式,也是成人終身學(xué)習(xí)的最佳學(xué)習(xí)方式,自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)將是未來成人學(xué)習(xí)的主導(dǎo)方式。但是成人學(xué)習(xí)方式的變化必將引起教師教學(xué)方式的變化,成人教育教師僅僅作為知識傳遞者的角色遭到了前所未有的質(zhì)疑和挑戰(zhàn)。終身教育系統(tǒng)中的成人教育教師角色擔(dān)負著重要的歷史使命,社會對成人教育教師角色有了新的期待。因此,教師必須更新傳統(tǒng)的角色以適應(yīng)新的教育環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)成人教育教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)換已經(jīng)成為時代發(fā)展的必然。 首先,本論文分析了為什么自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)是成人學(xué)習(xí)的應(yīng)然選擇,其次,由探討成人學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)胧?去揭示傳統(tǒng)教師角色存在的弊端;最后,基于成人自我導(dǎo)向的學(xué)習(xí)方式,成人教育教師應(yīng)重塑其教師角色,并提出相應(yīng)的教師角色轉(zhuǎn)換的策略。 本論文主要是運用觀察法、訪談法和理論研究法,從教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)等多個視域初步探討了成人教育教師怎樣走出傳統(tǒng)角色,走進新的角色,以實現(xiàn)教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)換。主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:為促進成人自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí),教師如何有效的發(fā)揮作用,給教師角色以全新的定位;在教師多重角色的養(yǎng)成方面,提出了有創(chuàng)建性的構(gòu)建策略;在教師教學(xué)型態(tài)方面,提出了有創(chuàng)建性的教學(xué)策略。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, self-oriented learning has been one of the hottest research topics in adult education at home and abroad. On the contrary, it is not difficult to see that more scholars focus on adult learners and less on the role of teachers. Even in the literature on the role of adult education teachers, the role of teachers is only defined as a promoter, helper, guide, negotiator, there is no systematic, in-depth thematic research. Self-directed learning is considered to be the most synthetic and high-quality learning method and the best learning method for adult lifelong learning. Self-directed learning will be the leading way of adult learning in the future. However, the change of adult learning style will inevitably lead to the change of teachers' teaching methods, and the role of adult education teachers as knowledge conveyors has been questioned and challenged as never before. The role of adult education teachers in the lifelong education system bears an important historical mission, and the society has a new expectation on the role of adult education teachers. Therefore, teachers must renew their traditional roles in order to adapt to the new educational environment, and realize the transformation of adult education teachers' roles has become the inevitable development of the times. First of all, this paper analyzes why self-oriented learning is the proper choice of adult learning, and secondly, starting with the transformation of adult learning style, to reveal the shortcomings of traditional teachers' role. Finally, based on adult self-oriented learning style, adult education teachers should reshape their teacher role and put forward the corresponding strategies of teacher role transformation. This paper mainly discusses how adult education teachers walk out of traditional roles and enter new roles from the perspectives of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and so on, by means of observation, interview and theoretical research, in order to realize the transformation of teachers' roles. In order to promote adult self-directed learning, how can teachers play an effective role and give a new position to the role of teachers, and put forward a creative construction strategy for the formation of multiple roles of teachers; In the aspect of teachers' teaching style, it puts forward creative teaching strategies.
