【摘要】：民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,當(dāng)代民族院校大學(xué)生的思想素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系到21世紀(jì)中國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的面貌,關(guān)系到我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),關(guān)系我國(guó)民族地區(qū)的繁榮穩(wěn)定,關(guān)系到各族學(xué)生的未來、各族群眾切身利益,關(guān)系到中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的培養(yǎng)。 民族學(xué)生作為一個(gè)特殊的青年群體,他們的思維方式、行為習(xí)慣和綜合素質(zhì)等諸多方面都與漢族學(xué)生相比,具有一定的特殊性。為此,本文從民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的特色入手,分析了民族院校大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了民族院校思想政治教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提煉了民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育特有的方式方法以及民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的基本特點(diǎn)和特殊規(guī)律。針對(duì)民族院校的辦學(xué)宗旨和民族學(xué)生的基本特點(diǎn),提出了一系列對(duì)策,力求提高思想政治教育的說服力、感染力,增強(qiáng)民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。 本文以馬克思主義民族理論和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系為指導(dǎo),以民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的特色為主線,運(yùn)用辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的方法,對(duì)民族學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn)以及民族院校思想政治教育在內(nèi)容、方式、方法的特色之處進(jìn)行研究和總結(jié),并針對(duì)少數(shù)民族學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的思路和對(duì)策。 本文共由五大部分構(gòu)成。第一部分為緒論。闡述民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育特色研究的必要性和重要性;第二部分論述民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分對(duì)民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析;第四部分論述民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主要特色;第五部分主要是對(duì)加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)民族院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育提出若干對(duì)策和思考。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The ideological quality of contemporary ethnic college students is directly related to the appearance of minority areas in China in the 21st century. Related to the realization of the strategic goal of socialist construction in ethnic minority areas, the prosperity and stability of ethnic regions, the future of students of all ethnic groups, and the vital interests of the people of all ethnic groups, It is related to the cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As a special group of young people, ethnic students have some particularity compared with Han nationality students in many aspects, such as thinking mode, behavior habit and comprehensive quality. Therefore, this paper begins with the characteristics of ideological and political education for college students, analyzes the characteristics of college students, and summarizes the successful experience of ideological and political education in ethnic colleges and universities. The special ways and methods of ideological and political education for ethnic college students and the basic characteristics and special rules of ideological and political education for ethnic college students are refined. In view of the purpose of running a school and the basic characteristics of ethnic students, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to improve the persuasiveness and appeal of ideological and political education, and to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students. Under the guidance of Marxist national theory and socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics, this paper takes the characteristics of ideological and political education of college students as the main line, and applies the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Studying and summarizing the ideological characteristics of ethnic students and the characteristics of ideological and political education in ethnic colleges and universities, and aiming at the ideological characteristics of ethnic minority students, This paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. The necessity and importance of the study on the characteristics of ideological and political education of college students in ethnic colleges and universities are expounded in the second part, the theoretical basis of ideological and political education for students in colleges for nationalities is discussed in the second part. The third part analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological and political education of ethnic college students, the fourth part discusses the main characteristics of the ideological and political education of ethnic college students. The fifth part is to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of ethnic college students.
