【摘要】：文章簡(jiǎn)述了改革開放以來(lái)我國(guó)職業(yè)資格證書/認(rèn)證制度的發(fā)展概況,分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、加入WTO對(duì)職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證制度產(chǎn)生的影響,對(duì)比國(guó)外職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證制度的新發(fā)展,提出國(guó)際化背景下我國(guó)職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證制度必須在理順自身定位的基礎(chǔ)上,完善職業(yè)資格培訓(xùn)體系,并加強(qiáng)對(duì)外國(guó)職業(yè)資格證書的認(rèn)證。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly describes the development of vocational qualification certificate / certification system in China since the reform and opening up, analyzes the impact of economic globalization and entry into WTO on the professional qualification certification system, and compares the new development of vocational qualification certification system in foreign countries. It is pointed out that under the background of internationalization, China's vocational qualification certification system must be perfected on the basis of straightening out its own position, and the system of vocational qualification training should be improved, and the certification of foreign vocational qualification certificates should be strengthened.
