【摘要】：職業(yè)教育在農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的作用越來(lái)越受到各國(guó)政府的關(guān)注與重視,在廣播電視數(shù)字媒體日益發(fā)展和農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力受教育水平不斷提高的今天,如何利用在農(nóng)村青年人中權(quán)威性較高的廣播電視媒體,更好地宣傳職業(yè)教育,提高職業(yè)教育在國(guó)民教育中的認(rèn)知度,從而更好地促進(jìn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,成為我們當(dāng)下必須認(rèn)真考慮并深入研究的一個(gè)課題。本文主要探討國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家如何因地制宜建立完善的職業(yè)教育體系后,利用數(shù)字電視媒體宣傳培養(yǎng)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)在國(guó)民中的認(rèn)知度,以及這些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:The role of vocational education in the transfer of rural labor force has been paid more and more attention by the governments of various countries. Today, with the development of radio and television digital media and the continuous improvement of the education level of rural labor force, How to make use of the radio and television media with high authority among the young people in rural areas to better propagate vocational education and raise the awareness of vocational education in national education, so as to better promote the transfer of rural labor force, Now we must seriously consider and in-depth study of a subject. This paper mainly discusses how to set up a perfect vocational education system in foreign developed countries according to local conditions, and how to use digital TV media to propagate and cultivate the recognition of vocational training among the people, and the enlightenment of these successful experiences to us.
