我國(guó)成人高校辦學(xué)理念創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】: 辦學(xué)理念是高等教育理論研究中的一個(gè)重要議題,它是影響一所學(xué)校發(fā)展的最深層次的、思想層面的因素。同樣,對(duì)作為成人高等教育載體的成人高校而言,對(duì)其辦學(xué)理念的研究是關(guān)涉成人高校生存發(fā)展的根本性動(dòng)因。成人高校辦學(xué)理念指的是在對(duì)成人高校的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐所形成的理性認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)成人高校的發(fā)展定位、職能使命及人才培養(yǎng)方案等的理想追求所形成的觀念體系的總和。而這些理性認(rèn)識(shí)與理想追求又是隨時(shí)代發(fā)展而不斷變化的,在不同的歷史階段內(nèi)成人高校辦學(xué)理念所呈現(xiàn)出的具體內(nèi)容也是不同的。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析的方法,著重對(duì)不同歷史發(fā)展階段的成人高校辦學(xué)理念內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述,以追尋當(dāng)前成人高校對(duì)自身發(fā)展所持的一種普遍精神,并對(duì)達(dá)成這些精神、理念的策略進(jìn)行了嘗試性地探尋。 本論文共由六大部分組成。首先,開篇的引言部分闡述了將成人高校辦學(xué)理念作為議題的選題緣由、國(guó)內(nèi)外與這一研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述以及本論文的研究思路;接下來(lái),論文的第一部分是對(duì)成人高校辦學(xué)理念相關(guān)內(nèi)涵與意義的解讀,一步步地對(duì)理念、辦學(xué)理念、成人高校辦學(xué)理念的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了細(xì)致地分析,并強(qiáng)調(diào)了成人高校堅(jiān)持科學(xué)辦學(xué)理念的意義;論文的第二部分對(duì)我國(guó)成人高校以精英教育理念、學(xué)歷補(bǔ)償理念、成人高等教育的普教化理念等為主要內(nèi)容的傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)理念進(jìn)行了梳理與分析,緊接著闡述了這些傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)理念的產(chǎn)生原因以及它們的弊端;論文的第三部分主要對(duì)我國(guó)成人高校傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)理念所遭遇的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,揭示出創(chuàng)新成人高校辦學(xué)理念的必要性;在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論文的第四部分就對(duì)新時(shí)期的開放辦學(xué)理念、服務(wù)理念、市場(chǎng)理念、人本理念及可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念等的內(nèi)涵與表現(xiàn)方式進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述,這是創(chuàng)新我國(guó)成人高校辦學(xué)理念的應(yīng)有之義;最后,從以史為鑒,反思成人高校傳統(tǒng)辦學(xué)理念、關(guān)注成人高校自身改革與成人高校獲得環(huán)境的支持等方面,對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)成人高校辦學(xué)理念的創(chuàng)新提出策略建議。
[Abstract]:The idea of running a school is an important topic in the theoretical study of higher education. It is the most profound and ideological factor affecting the development of a school. In the same way, as the carrier of adult higher education, the research on the idea of running a school is the fundamental cause of the survival and development of adult colleges and universities. The idea of running a school for adults refers to the sum of the concept system formed by the ideal pursuit of the development orientation, functional mission and talent training plan of adult colleges and universities on the basis of rational understanding of the practice of running a school in adult colleges and universities. These rational knowledge and ideal pursuit are changing with the development of the times, and the concrete contents of the concept of running a school of adult colleges and universities are different in different historical stages. Using the method of literature analysis, this study focuses on the content of the concept of running an adult college in different stages of historical development, in order to pursue a universal spirit of the current adult colleges and universities for their own development, and to achieve these spirits. The strategy of the idea is explored tentatively. This thesis consists of six parts. First of all, the introduction of the first part of the introduction to the concept of adult colleges and universities as the topic of the topic, domestic and foreign literature review related to this research and the research ideas of this paper; Next, the first part of the thesis is to interpret the connotation and significance of the concept of running a school in adult colleges and universities, step by step to analyze the connotation of the idea, the idea of running a school and the idea of running a school for adults. It also emphasizes the significance of adhering to the idea of running a school scientifically in adult colleges and universities. In the second part of this paper, the author analyzes the traditional educational ideas of adult colleges and universities in China, which mainly include the idea of elite education, the idea of education compensation, the idea of general education of adult higher education and so on. Then it explains the reasons of these traditional school running ideas and their disadvantages. The third part of the thesis mainly analyzes the challenge of the traditional idea of running a school for adults in our country, and reveals the necessity of innovating the idea of running a school for adults. On the basis of the above analysis, the fourth part of the thesis focuses on the connotation and expression of the concept of open education, the concept of service, the concept of market, the concept of humanism and the idea of sustainable development in the new era. This is the proper meaning of innovating the idea of running an adult college in our country; Finally, from the point of view of history, reflecting on the traditional idea of running a school in adult universities, paying attention to the reform of adult colleges and the support of the environment for adult colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting the innovation of the idea of running a school in adult colleges and universities in China.
