略論基層電大專職輔導(dǎo)教師角色定位

【摘要】:建立一個(gè)良好的人才培養(yǎng)模式和開放教育體系,對(duì)基層電大課程專職輔導(dǎo)教師有著舉足輕重的地位。由于基層電大課程專職輔導(dǎo)教師所處環(huán)境與中央電大、省級(jí)電大、地區(qū)級(jí)電大都不同,所以所承擔(dān)的教學(xué)任務(wù)、教學(xué)課程和管理對(duì)象等都不同。所以,有必要對(duì)基層電大在現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開放教育模式下的教師角色定位做一探討,以形成電大良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),在現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開放教育中更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文主要從基層電大教學(xué)專職教師的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題和對(duì)于準(zhǔn)確定位基層電大專職輔導(dǎo)教師角色的初步設(shè)想兩個(gè)方面對(duì)此進(jìn)行了初步探討。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a good talent training model and an open education system plays an important role in the full-time tutoring teachers of the basic RTVU curriculum. Because the environment of full-time tutoring teachers of basic RTVU is different from that of Central Radio and TV University, provincial RTVU and regional RTVU, the teaching tasks, teaching courses and management objects are all different. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the role orientation of the basic RTVU in the mode of modern distance open education, so as to form a good development trend of RTVU and make it more competitive in the modern distance open education. This article mainly discusses this from two aspects: the present situation and the existing problems of full-time teachers in teaching in basic RTVU and the preliminary assumption of how to accurately locate the role of full-time tutoring teachers in Grass-roots RTVU.
