【摘要】：《國家被騙:學(xué)校如何阻礙了美國最聰明的學(xué)生》報(bào)告,系統(tǒng)地介紹和總結(jié)了美國針對天才兒童的“加速發(fā)展”教育模式,尖銳地提出并深入地分析了美國天才兒童的教育—學(xué)習(xí)權(quán)利社會保障所面臨的問題,引起美國社會各界對天才兒童教育的普遍關(guān)注和重視。本文依托該報(bào)告,對美國天才兒童教育—學(xué)習(xí)權(quán)利保障的“加速發(fā)展”教育模式的時(shí)代背景、發(fā)展軌跡和新近進(jìn)展等方面進(jìn)行了簡明的梳理和探索,以期對完整地把握和推進(jìn)我國的超常兒童的教育—學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會平等和權(quán)利保障有所啟示。
[Abstract]:"how the State is cheated: how Schools hinder the brightest students in the United States." the report systematically introduces and summarizes the "accelerated development" education model for gifted children in the United States. This paper puts forward and deeply analyzes the problems faced by the social security of the American gifted children's right to education-learning, which causes widespread concern and attention to the education of gifted children in all circles of American society. Based on the report, this paper makes a brief analysis and exploration of the background, development track and recent progress of the "accelerated development" education model for gifted children in the United States. In order to fully grasp and promote the extraordinary children's education-learning opportunities and protection of rights.
