The Rights to Education for Special Children

Abstract: It has some special characteristics with special children’s rights to education under the framework of rights, like as: the special subject of rights, the special essence of rights, the special remedy of rights, etc.. These elements are foundations of special children’s rights to education with different remedies. However, only relying on traditional civil remedy systems couldn’t fulfill rights to equal education and special education needs, so, it should operate some other systems like as exemplary damages for infringement system, to solve disputes of educational rights with special children whom are weakness in current society.
