普通高校成教學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】: 成人高等教育是我國(guó)高等教育體系的重要組成部分,是實(shí)現(xiàn)終身教育的重要力量。伴隨著我國(guó)高等教育大眾化的普及,終身教育與學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)理念的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,成人高等教育將擔(dān)負(fù)起更加重要的社會(huì)使命。但是近年來(lái),由于成人高等教育質(zhì)量不斷下滑,成教學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成果甚微,成人教育學(xué)歷文憑貶值,社會(huì)認(rèn)可度降低,從而影響到成人高等教育的聲譽(yù)。在工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程加速、構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村等新的形勢(shì)下,成人高等教育的發(fā)展規(guī)模和辦學(xué)水平以及學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量不僅需要進(jìn)一步提高,而且也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。 美國(guó)著名的質(zhì)量管理大師約瑟夫·M·朱蘭(Joseph M. Juran,1904-)稱“21世紀(jì)是質(zhì)量的世紀(jì)”,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高取決于對(duì)整個(gè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的管理。評(píng)價(jià)體系管理的滯后,,目前正制約著我國(guó)成人高等教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。因此,必須建立有效的成人高等教育學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果進(jìn)行全程跟蹤把關(guān)。通過(guò)多元化的評(píng)價(jià)主體,對(duì)學(xué)生各個(gè)方面的學(xué)習(xí)成果進(jìn)行多角度評(píng)價(jià),從而起到反饋教學(xué)效果、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的作用。 本文按照分析現(xiàn)狀——聚焦問(wèn)題——解析原因——提出對(duì)策——構(gòu)建體系的研究思路,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、歸類比較、深度訪談、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等研究方法,試圖構(gòu)建出一套較為科學(xué)且行之有效的成教學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分:導(dǎo)論以及理論分析,包括第一、二章。闡明研究背景,突山研究意義,介紹研究思路及方法,厘清主要概念。 第二部分:實(shí)證調(diào)查,包括第三章。以西南大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院與網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院為個(gè)案,通過(guò)對(duì)兩個(gè)學(xué)院的學(xué)生發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,與相關(guān)教師深度訪談,了解相關(guān)信息,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。 第三部分:歸因分析,包括第四章。結(jié)合筆者調(diào)查所反映的情況,從評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)方式、評(píng)價(jià)監(jiān)管等方面進(jìn)行問(wèn)題總結(jié),并做出歸因分析。 第四部分:提出對(duì)策,包括第五章。針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)成教學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合國(guó)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別對(duì)構(gòu)建學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的理論、原則進(jìn)行分析,著重從評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)方式、評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程、評(píng)價(jià)觀念、評(píng)價(jià)的影響力以及對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的監(jiān)管等方面提出具體的應(yīng)對(duì)策略——從社會(huì)、學(xué)校和學(xué)生自身三個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)主體,及學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量的表現(xiàn)方面:理論知識(shí)的掌握、實(shí)踐能力的提高、學(xué)習(xí)策略的形成與人文素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)等方面,分別建立具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)用意義和多元化的學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of China's higher education system and an important force to realize lifelong education. With the popularization of higher education and the further development of lifelong education and learning society, adult higher education will take on a more important social mission. However, in recent years, due to the declining quality of adult higher education, the small achievement of adult education students, the devaluation of diploma in adult education and the decline of social recognition, the reputation of adult higher education has been affected. In the new situation of industrialization, urbanization, construction of a learning society and construction of a new socialist countryside, the scale of adult higher education, the level of running a school and the quality of students' studies not only need to be further improved. It also faces new challenges. Joseph M. Julan (Joseph M. Juran,1904-, a famous American quality management master, said that "the 21st century is the century of quality", and the improvement of the quality of talent training depends on the management of the whole quality evaluation system. The lag of evaluation system management is restricting the further development of adult higher education in China. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an effective evaluation system for the academic quality of students in adult higher education, and to track and check the students' learning effect throughout the course. By means of multiple evaluation subjects, this paper evaluates the students' learning results from various angles, so as to give feedback to the teaching effect and improve the teaching quality. In this paper, according to the analysis of the current situation-focus problem-analysis of reasons-put forward the research ideas of countermeasure-construction system, through literature analysis, classification and comparison, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, This paper attempts to construct a scientific and effective evaluation system for the academic quality of adult students. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction and theoretical analysis, including the first and second chapters. Clarify the research background, the significance of Tushan research, introduce the research ideas and methods, clarify the main concepts. The second part: empirical investigation, including the third chapter. Taking the College of continuing Education and the College of Network Education of Southwest University as a case study, the students of the two colleges were given questionnaires and in-depth interviews with relevant teachers to find out the relevant information and carry out empirical research. The third part: attribution analysis, including the fourth chapter. Combined with the situation reflected by the author's investigation, the author summarizes the problems from the aspects of evaluation subject, evaluation content, evaluation method and evaluation supervision, and makes attribution analysis. The fourth part: puts forward the countermeasure, including the fifth chapter. In view of the problems existing in the evaluation system of the academic quality of adult education students in our country at present, combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries, this paper analyzes the theory and principle of constructing the evaluation system of the students' academic quality, focusing on the main body and content of the evaluation. Evaluation methods, evaluation process, evaluation concept, evaluation influence and supervision of evaluation system are put forward in the aspects of society, school and students themselves, three evaluation subjects, such as society, school and students themselves, are put forward. And the performance aspects of students' academic quality, such as the mastery of theoretical knowledge, the improvement of practical ability, the formation of learning strategies and the cultivation of humanistic literacy, respectively, the establishment of a more practical and diversified evaluation system of students' academic quality.
