【摘要】：正1、現(xiàn)有企業(yè)培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和不足網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程教育是一種基于計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)進(jìn)行知識(shí)傳輸和知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的新型教育形式,它具有以下優(yōu)勢:學(xué)習(xí)不受年齡、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、空間的限制;通過跨時(shí)空的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享,降低成本;教師和學(xué)生通過萬維網(wǎng),獲得大量的學(xué)習(xí)資源和信息;教師和學(xué)生通過萬維網(wǎng),與不同地方的師生進(jìn)行互動(dòng);提供個(gè)性化的教學(xué)。當(dāng)前我國的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)在線學(xué)習(xí)管理模式是以學(xué)習(xí)者的自主學(xué)習(xí)行為為主,它主要存在以下幾個(gè)方面的具體問題:1.1企業(yè)在線學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)無法進(jìn)行時(shí)間管理。
