【摘要】：發(fā)揮遠程教育的優(yōu)勢,充分利用現(xiàn)代遠程教育手段,向下延伸,把教育資源送向欠發(fā)達地區(qū)和特殊人群,改變我國高等教育布局,推進教育公平,是遠程教育擔負的使命。然而“,向下延伸”,困難重重,質(zhì)量保證問題首當其沖。中央電大副校長嚴冰指出“:中國教育發(fā)展的重點和難點都在農(nóng)村,高校遠程教育的重心近年來的趨勢是‘下移’,但‘下移’的過程則是超乎人們想象的艱難,折射出許多深層次的矛盾。發(fā)展重心‘下移’,利用信息技術(shù)手段把優(yōu)秀教學資源送到基層和農(nóng)村地區(qū),這顯然是個兩難選擇,在向下延伸的過程中如何建立有效的教學質(zhì)量保證機制確實是個極富挑戰(zhàn)性的課題�！弊鳛橹袊h程教育主力軍的中國電大系統(tǒng),自創(chuàng)辦以來,一直堅持“四個面向
[Abstract]:It is the mission of distance education to give full play to the advantages of distance education, make full use of modern distance education means, extend downward, send educational resources to less developed areas and special people, change the distribution of higher education in our country and promote education fairness. However, "extending downwards", difficulties, quality assurance issues bear the brunt. Yan Bing, vice president of the Central Radio and TV University, pointed out: "the key and difficult points in the development of Chinese education are all in the countryside. The focus of distance education in higher education in recent years has tended to be 'downwards', but the process of 'moving down' is more difficult than people think. It reflects many deep contradictions. It is clearly a dilemma to shift down the focus of development and make use of information technology to send excellent teaching resources to grass-roots and rural areas. How to establish an effective teaching quality assurance mechanism in the process of downward extension is indeed a challenging issue. " As the main force of distance education in China, the system of RTVU has insisted on "four aspects" since its establishment.
