【摘要】：成人高校辦學(xué)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,引發(fā)了成人高校對提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量對策的研究,開展教學(xué)督導(dǎo)工作是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要舉措。對成人高校教學(xué)督導(dǎo)的組織形式、職能及其運(yùn)行實(shí)踐進(jìn)行探討,將有助于教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。
[Abstract]:The continuous expansion of the scale of adult colleges and universities has led to the study of countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching in adult colleges and universities. Teaching supervision is an important measure to improve the quality of teaching. This paper probes into the organizational form, function and practice of teaching supervision in adult colleges and universities, which will contribute to the improvement of teaching quality.
