【摘要】：正黨的十六屆四中全會的決定中明確提出了“建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會”,這是繼2002年十六大“全面建設(shè)小康社會”的戰(zhàn)略目標和2003年十六屆三中全會“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”之后黨中央提出的重要治國方略。胡錦濤總書記指出,我們所要建設(shè)的社會主義和諧社會,應(yīng)該是民主法治、公平正義、誠信友愛、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處的社會。這種對“社會主義和諧社會”內(nèi)涵的全面解析體現(xiàn)出越來越明顯的以人為本和全面發(fā)展的傾向,也為我們所從事的繼續(xù)教育事業(yè)提供了新的發(fā)展機遇,指明了更寬的發(fā)展路徑。繼續(xù)教育是對接受繼續(xù)教育者的知識、技能進行增新、補充、拓展和提高的教育,繼續(xù)教育的教育對象是人,它在構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會進程中所能起到的作用歸根結(jié)底落實在對人的培養(yǎng)和教育上,體現(xiàn)在對社會主義社會公民各方面素質(zhì)的提高上。繼續(xù)教育在構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的進程中大有可為,也應(yīng)該大有作為。
[Abstract]:In the decision of the fourth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was clearly stated that "building a harmonious socialist society" This is the strategic goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2002 and the important strategy of governing the country put forward by the CPC Central Committee after the "Scientific Development View" of the third Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in 2003. General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that the socialist harmonious society we want to build should be a society of democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor, stability and order, harmony between man and nature. This comprehensive analysis of the connotation of "socialist harmonious society" reflects a more and more obvious tendency of people-oriented and all-round development, and also provides a new development opportunity for our continuing education, and points out a broader development path. Continuing education is an education in which the knowledge and skills of the continuing educators are updated, supplemented, expanded and improved. The object of continuing education is the human being. The function it can play in the process of building a harmonious socialist society lies in the cultivation and education of human beings and the improvement of the quality of citizens in socialist society. Continuing education has great potential in the process of building a harmonious socialist society.
