【摘要】：全納教育已成為當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)教育發(fā)展的一大趨勢(shì)。由于全納教育的理論還不成熟,人們對(duì)于全納教育的理解還存在較大的分歧。要實(shí)施全納教育,就應(yīng)該把握全納教育的實(shí)質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,即特殊教育需要從個(gè)別到普遍,教育對(duì)象從部分到全體,受教育權(quán)從絕對(duì)平等到教育機(jī)會(huì)均等,教育環(huán)境從隔離到最少受限制,教育目的從學(xué)會(huì)生存到積極參與。相關(guān)人員都應(yīng)該從各自的角色出發(fā),轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,樹(shù)立全納教育理念,促進(jìn)全納教育的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Inclusive education has become a major trend of education development all over the world. Due to the immature theory of inclusive education, there are still some differences in understanding of inclusive education. In order to implement inclusive education, we should grasp the essence of inclusive education and realize the change of concept, that is, special education needs from individual to universal, the object of education from part to whole, the right to education from absolute equality to equal educational opportunity. The educational environment is isolated to the least limited, and the educational purpose is from learning to survive to active participation. Relevant personnel should start from their respective roles, change ideas, establish inclusive education concept, and promote inclusive education.
