【摘要】：智障是指大腦受到器質(zhì)性損傷或由于遺傳因素的染色體畸變和基因突變等原因，導(dǎo)致智力明顯低于一般人的水平，并顯示出適應(yīng)性行為的障礙。智障兒童因智力因素的影響，受內(nèi)部的（從腦的發(fā)育受阻到高級(jí)心理機(jī)能的缺陷）和外部的（社會(huì)家庭）各種不利條件的影響，智障兒童會(huì)產(chǎn)生諸如焦慮、抑郁和躁狂等各種情緒問(wèn)題，以至于他們不能有效覺(jué)察、理解他人的情緒和表情，也不能合理地表達(dá)自己的情緒、情感。因而，他們?cè)谏詈蛯W(xué)習(xí)中不能與他人進(jìn)行必要和合理的溝通，甚至?xí)蚪煌煺蹖?dǎo)致的情緒問(wèn)題而引發(fā)攻擊性和自傷等行為。 據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，我國(guó)現(xiàn)有智力障礙者1300多萬(wàn)人，其中約有500多萬(wàn)是兒童，雖然關(guān)于智障兒童的教育研究取得了卓越的成就，，但目前為止，智障兒童的情緒問(wèn)題還沒(méi)有引起人們的足夠重視，相應(yīng)的研究與治療實(shí)踐還很欠缺。本研究采用了音樂(lè)治療的方法和手段，對(duì)某智障學(xué)校的智障兒童進(jìn)行了情緒干預(yù)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，音樂(lè)治療可以有效改善智障兒童的情緒障礙。 音樂(lè)治療是音樂(lè)治療師利用各種音樂(lè)手段或治療對(duì)象通過(guò)參加各種形式的音樂(lè)體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，達(dá)到改善情緒、解除心理問(wèn)題，促進(jìn)心理健康發(fā)展的一種方法。音樂(lè)治療以其獨(dú)特的情緒調(diào)節(jié)和左、右腦協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)的作用機(jī)制，對(duì)特殊兒童的精神和心理問(wèn)題可以產(chǎn)生語(yǔ)言和醫(yī)學(xué)所難以達(dá)到的效果。通過(guò)音樂(lè)與情感的先天聯(lián)系以及音樂(lè)對(duì)情緒情感的強(qiáng)大影響力，音樂(lè)治療可以直接作用于人的情感世界和潛意識(shí)。在音樂(lè)治療所提供的專業(yè)化的、受保護(hù)的、安全的心理場(chǎng)中，個(gè)體在一系列支持性和互動(dòng)性的音樂(lè)活動(dòng)中，理解群體環(huán)境的有序性和相互關(guān)系，并學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)刺激做出合理的情緒反應(yīng)，釋放緊張情緒的同時(shí)，體驗(yàn)積極情緒和情感并學(xué)會(huì)自然表達(dá)自我需求，并在這一過(guò)程中提高對(duì)自我的認(rèn)知和評(píng)價(jià)。這種效果對(duì)智障兒童同樣有效，專業(yè)化的、有針對(duì)性的音樂(lè)治療，可以使智障兒童的不良情緒得到調(diào)節(jié)、矯正，并能有效培養(yǎng)其積極情緒和情感素養(yǎng)，提升其心理和行為的合理性。 本文以具有情緒障礙的智障兒童為研究對(duì)象，在對(duì)智障兒童和音樂(lè)治療相關(guān)理論梳理和討論的基礎(chǔ)上，用音樂(lè)治療的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證干預(yù)研究。五名被試通過(guò)為期六個(gè)月的音樂(lè)治療訓(xùn)練后，他們的情緒和行為有了很大的變化，尤其是情緒的認(rèn)知、表達(dá)以及控制力等方面得到了明顯改善。本實(shí)驗(yàn)證明：音樂(lè)治療對(duì)輕、中度智障兒童的不良情緒具有調(diào)節(jié)和改善作用，能夠促進(jìn)輕、中度智障兒童積極情緒的發(fā)展；而且通過(guò)對(duì)這些兒童的治療治療干預(yù)，其不良行為發(fā)生的頻率也有不同程度的減少，人際交往能力也能得到一定程度的提高。 全文主要包括四個(gè)部分。第一部分為理論研究，主要介紹智障兒童的概念、內(nèi)涵，智障兒童的心理特征和情緒障礙的表現(xiàn)特征及其病因和治療方法等。第二部分主要討論了音樂(lè)治療的涵義、作用機(jī)制、音樂(lè)治療的方法，以及特殊兒童的音樂(lè)治療的原理和目前流行的體系等理論取向，為智障兒童的情緒干預(yù)實(shí)施音樂(lè)治療做相關(guān)的理論支持。第三部分主要報(bào)告了本研究以心理學(xué)的實(shí)證研究方法，對(duì)智障兒童進(jìn)行的音樂(lè)治療干預(yù)研究的過(guò)程與結(jié)果，并對(duì)本研究的實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行了反思。
[Abstract]:Mental retardation refers to the effects of organic damage or genetic factors such as chromosomal aberration and gene mutation , which leads to an apparently lower level of intelligence than a general person and shows an obstacle to adaptive behavior . Children with intellectual disabilities can produce various emotional problems such as anxiety , depression and mania , so that they can not effectively perceive and understand the emotions and expressions of others , nor can they reasonably express their emotions and feelings . Therefore , they can not communicate with others as necessary and reasonable in their lives and studies , and even trigger aggression and self - injury due to emotional problems caused by communicative setbacks .

According to statistics , there are more than 13 million people with intellectual disabilities in our country , of whom some 5 million are children , although the educational research on children with intellectual disabilities has achieved remarkable achievements , so far , the emotional problems of children with intellectual disabilities have not attracted enough attention , and the corresponding research and treatment practice has not been enough . The study has adopted the methods and means of music therapy , and has conducted emotional interventions on children with intellectual disabilities in a mental retardation school . The experiment proves that music therapy can effectively improve the emotional disorder of mentally impaired children .

Music therapy is a way to improve mood , relieve mental problems and promote the development of mental health by taking various musical instruments or therapeutic objects through various forms of music experience .

This paper focuses on the research of children with mental retardation with emotional disorders . On the basis of combing and discussing the theories of mental retardation children and music therapy , the author makes an empirical study on the methods of music therapy . Five subjects who have been tested for six months of music therapy have greatly changed their mood and behavior , especially the cognition , expression and control of emotion .
Moreover , through the treatment and treatment intervention of these children , the frequency of the bad behavior of the children is reduced , and the interpersonal skills can be improved to a certain extent .

In the second part , the author mainly discusses the theory of music therapy , the mechanism of action , the method of music therapy , the principle of music therapy for children with mental retardation and the current popular system , etc . The third part mainly reports the process and result of the research on the intervention of music therapy for children with intellectual disabilities .
