【摘要】：區(qū)域性實(shí)訓(xùn)中心可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要我們從理論創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新與管理創(chuàng)新等方面三管齊下加以思考,充分挖掘與利用中心與學(xué)校、企業(yè)及所在區(qū)域資源,以國家及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求為牽引,以應(yīng)用型專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)定位為核心,以職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)為主線,謀求利益“多贏”局面,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of the regional practical training center needs us to think about the theory innovation, the system innovation and the management innovation and so on, fully excavate and utilize the center and the school, the enterprise and the region resources. With the demand of national and regional economic and social development as the traction, the training orientation of applied professional talents as the core, and the training of professional ability as the main line, the situation of "multi-win" interests is sought and the common sustainable development is realized.
