【摘要】：韓國在20世紀(jì)60年代迅速推進(jìn)了國家的工業(yè)化和城市化,工農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重失去了均衡,農(nóng)村問題十分突出。韓國政府和學(xué)者們基于國情和農(nóng)情,經(jīng)過科學(xué)論證,組織實(shí)施了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng),把經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科技發(fā)展和國家倫理道德建設(shè)緊密結(jié)合起來,在一個(gè)資本主義體制和發(fā)展中的國家成功地實(shí)現(xiàn)了國家物質(zhì)文明和精神文明的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展。新村教育是新村運(yùn)動(dòng)的核心,也是國家人力資源開發(fā)的重要內(nèi)容,對提高城鄉(xiāng)居民素質(zhì),尤其是提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì)起到?jīng)Q定性作用,值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:South Korea rapidly promoted the industrialization and urbanization of the country in the 1960s, and the development of industry and agriculture was seriously out of balance, and the rural problems were very prominent. Based on the national and agricultural conditions, the Korean government and scholars, through scientific demonstration, organized and implemented a new rural construction and development movement, closely integrating economic development, scientific and technological development, and national ethical and moral construction. In a capitalist system and developing country, the coordinated development of national material civilization and spiritual civilization has been successfully realized, and the leapfrog development has been realized. The new village education is the core of the new village movement and the important content of the national human resources development. It plays a decisive role in improving the quality of urban and rural residents, especially the quality of farmers, which is worthy of our study and reference.
