中美城市社區(qū)教育工作者的專業(yè)化比較研究

【摘要】:實(shí)施終身教育,建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為國際社會(huì)教育發(fā)展的主要潮流,引起了國際社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。我國的社區(qū)教育發(fā)展歷史較短,與發(fā)達(dá)國家的社區(qū)教育相比,仍有很多不完善、不成熟的地方。社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展離不開社區(qū)教育工作者隊(duì)伍,而社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)素質(zhì)的高低對(duì)社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著我國提出要建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì),提倡終身教育政策的背景下,對(duì)社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)素質(zhì)的關(guān)注也逐漸增多,問題也逐漸地暴露出來。美國是世界上社區(qū)教育發(fā)展最為發(fā)達(dá)的國家,在社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)化方面有著相當(dāng)成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文力圖總結(jié)出美國在社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)化方面的成功做法,為我國社區(qū)教育工作者的專業(yè)化素養(yǎng)的提高提供一定的借鑒,從而達(dá)到推動(dòng)社區(qū)教育在我國大力發(fā)展的作用。 本研究主要有以下幾個(gè)部分: 第一部分為引言,主要分析研究背景、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路和方法以及對(duì)相關(guān)概念的界定,包括城市社區(qū)教育、社區(qū)教育工作者及其專業(yè)化等內(nèi)容; 第二部分為介紹中美城市社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的概況,主要從美國和中國的社區(qū)教育的歷史發(fā)展過程中找到兩個(gè)國家在社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)化發(fā)展方面存在差異的主要背景,形成的原因等; 第三部分為中美社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)化的描述,從美國選取了兩個(gè)社區(qū)學(xué)院介紹各自在本社區(qū)學(xué)院教育工作者專業(yè)化方面的情況、發(fā)展策略等,并也選取中國上海普陀區(qū)社區(qū)學(xué)校的教育工作者的專業(yè)化情況作介紹,希望通過個(gè)案分析比較出中美的各自的特點(diǎn); 第四部分是圍繞著中美社區(qū)教育發(fā)展背景和各自社區(qū)學(xué)院對(duì)教育工作者專業(yè)化采取的措施,從專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能、專業(yè)組織機(jī)構(gòu)、職業(yè)資格、職前教育、在職培訓(xùn)模式等方面做具體比較,并發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致差異性的影響因素; 第五部分,是基于比較分析的結(jié)果,建議從宏觀、中觀、微觀的三個(gè)層面上來推進(jìn)社區(qū)教育工作者專業(yè)化發(fā)展的工作,并提出有關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The implementation of lifelong education and the construction of a learning society have now become the main trend of the development of education in the international community, which has aroused widespread concern of the international community. Compared with the community education in developed countries, there are still many imperfections and immaturity in the development of community education in China. The development of community education is inseparable from the team of community educators, and the professional quality of community educators plays a vital role in the development of community education. With the construction of a learning-oriented society and the promotion of life-long education policy in our country, the attention to the professional quality of community educators has gradually increased, and the problems have been gradually exposed. The United States is the most developed country of community education in the world, and has quite mature experience in the specialization of community educators. This paper tries to sum up the successful practices in the specialization of community educators in the United States, and provide some references for the improvement of professional literacy of community educators in our country, so as to promote the development of community education in our country. This research mainly includes the following parts: The first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the research background, literature review, research ideas and methods, and the definition of related concepts, including urban community education, community educators and their specialization. The second part introduces the development of urban community education in China and the United States, mainly from the historical development of community education in the United States and China to find the two countries in the professional development of community educators in the main background of differences. The reasons of formation; The third part is the description of the specialization of community educators in China and the United States. Two community colleges are selected from the United States to introduce their professional situation, development strategies, and so on. It also introduces the specialization of educators in Putuo District Community School in Shanghai, hoping to compare the characteristics of China and the United States by case study. The fourth part focuses on the background of the development of community education in China and the United States and the measures taken by their respective community colleges to professionalize educators, from professional knowledge and skills, professional organizations, professional qualifications, pre-service education. The on-the-job training model and other aspects of specific comparison, and found that the difference of the factors; The fifth part, based on the results of comparative analysis, proposes to promote the professional development of community educators from the macro, meso and micro levels, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
