【摘要】： 當(dāng)前我國(guó)成人高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境的巨大變化,這些變化為我國(guó)成人高等教育提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。成人高等教育如何抓住機(jī)遇并克服自身所存在的障礙正受到成人教育學(xué)術(shù)界越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。本研究在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,立意于推進(jìn)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)成人高等教育發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)研究,并在構(gòu)建我國(guó)成人高等教育發(fā)展的理念和實(shí)踐構(gòu)想方面有所突破。 本研究以目前的社會(huì)變遷狀況為背景,分析了和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建、學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的推進(jìn)、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的提出以及高等教育大眾化所帶來(lái)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了新時(shí)期我國(guó)成人高等教育所面臨的價(jià)值觀念、教育體制、法規(guī)政策、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、辦學(xué)資源等發(fā)展障礙。最后提出了在以上背景下如何克服困難和障礙的一些具體應(yīng)對(duì)措施。這些措施包括:更新觀念、改革完善宏觀以及微觀的管理體制、加強(qiáng)管理人員和教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)、充實(shí)辦學(xué)資源等等。 本論文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,注重圍繞我國(guó)成人高等教育的存在與發(fā)展形態(tài),探討我國(guó)成人高等教育和和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建、學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)推進(jìn)、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的提出以及高等教育大眾化等國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境變化之間的關(guān)系,探尋新世紀(jì)我國(guó)成人高等教育發(fā)展的策略選擇。
[Abstract]:At present, adult higher education institutions in China are faced with great changes in domestic environment, which provide a broad space for the development of adult higher education in China. How to seize the opportunity and overcome the obstacles in adult higher education has been paid more and more attention by the academic circles of adult education. Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this study aims to promote the systematic research on the development of adult higher education in China at the present stage, and make a breakthrough in constructing the concept and practical conception of the development of adult higher education in China. With the background of the current social changes, this study analyzes the development opportunities brought by the construction of a harmonious society, the promotion of a learning society, the proposal of the scientific concept of development and the popularization of higher education. On this basis, the author summarizes the obstacles to the development of adult higher education in China in the new period, such as the value concept, educational system, laws and policies, team building, school running resources and so on. Finally, some concrete measures to overcome the difficulties and obstacles in the above background are put forward. These measures include: renewing ideas, reforming and perfecting macro and micro management system, strengthening the construction of managers and teachers, enriching school resources and so on. This paper mainly uses the literature research method to focus on the existence and development of adult higher education in China, discusses the construction of our country's adult higher education and harmonious society, and promotes the learning society. This paper discusses the relationship between the scientific development concept and the changes in the domestic environment, such as the popularization of higher education, in order to explore the strategic choice for the development of adult higher education in China in the new century.
